Tikaani is about to whisper something more to Palila when his attention is caught by the conversation between Kasom and the captian. After watching the muscled man jump off the boat and swim to shore the pro bender shakes his head "What a strange man... I mean pro bending we've met some pretty odd characters, but this guy,'s really something else. I mean the boarding ramp is still out, he could have just walked off." Tik marvels at the bizarre nature of the one called Kasom before turning back to his companion. "Well to answer your question earlier Palila, I think it is pretty safe to say that Kasom's motive is money he.... er abandoned ship pretty quickly at the mention of a lowered wage. Unfortunately not everyone's as kind and selfless as you."

Listening to the others discuss strategy Tik shrugs his shoulders "I think I'm with Taikahana on this one gang, leaving the passengers behind means the captain will have to make a full trip without any fares, and all the passengers will have to wait it out just gathered on the shore until the ferry returns. Also if the pirates are indeed watching from the opposite shore, or wherever they are, they'll see no passengers came on board, no passengers means no booty or even fares for them to steal, why would they attack? I think it's a big expense and risk for the captain for something that's not a sure thing. It seems like we'd be keeping them out of harm's way, but could end up just postponing the pirate attack."

Tikaani looks the giant man up and down "Wow they sure make them big in the northern water tribe, I'm from the southern tribe myself, although Yu Dao has been my home for a while now."

The young waterbender smiles at Palila's question of bending. "You are mostly correct Palila, though some muscles are required... I would say bending is like... dancing" Tik decides "Yes, it's like dancing, you may learn the same steps, but everybody does it differently, everyone has their own style." He grins towards Palila "Maybe I could teach you a southern water tribe dance sometime."

Turning back to the tank of a man Tikaani says "I have not seen any waterbenders that depend on so much muscle, we usually prefer flexibility and ease of movement to flow from one motion to the next. I would be most interested to see the northern style and see how you make use of these muscles Kasom. Perhaps we could have a friendly spar sometime."

He frowns a bit when the man interrupts the captain "Please let the captain speak as he would, he is the captain after all, and should be shown the proper respect." Thinking back Tik doesn't think the Captain has actually gotten a word in since Kasom came out. Could this man just be a bully steam rolling the captain like Taikahana implied?

He leans in closer to Palila as she studies her toes, and puts an arm over her shoulders to talk quietly to her for a moment.

Tikaani slides down and hops off of Uupa landing lightly by the bison's
leg, and gives the animal a little pet.

Sense Motive: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24

"Money for protection hmm? If they've been having trouble with something making trouble for the ferry maybe they needed to hire some extra muscle." The waterbender nods in agreement to Palila's suggestion "Yeah I think talking with the Ferrymen is definitely a good place to start. They can tell us some details, if this is a spirit maybe the ferry is disturbing it somehow... I'm not familiar with spirits... if it is one, can we talk to it? Find out what the problem is? If it's some kind of creature maybe it's being territorial."

"Well I'm definitely eager to join up on Uupa!" He's been hoping to get a chance to fly, and sticking close to Palila can't hurt. Once they're up in the air he can't help but grin sharing in Palila's delight "Wow yeah, you can see everything from up here! It's amazing!"

Peering down at the group gathered trying to make out what was going on below "Hey, what is going on down there?" Seeing the sudden blast of fire the waterbender's eyes widen "Whoa fire!, something's happening down there, we'd better check it out."

Tikaani grins seeing Taikahana's apologize to Mica, he lightly claps a hand on the older boy's shoulder when he's completed the bow. "Glad she has impressed, now you see us pro benders weren't picked just for our good looks."

He gives the fire bender another once over "That guy got you real good though... Well, don't let it get to you, everyone has their of days, and in our line of work everyone gets the clocks cleaned once in a while. Even me, believe it or not." That was probably meant to offer some kind of comfort "We're a team now so if you get knocked down we'll pick you back up, and vice versa."

The young water bender smiles towards Jampo at his suggestion "Hey that's a good idea, let everyone have a chance to get off their feet for a while. Taikahana can go first, and I get the next ride!" Just as eager as ever to get a chance on the flying bison. "And Taikahana" He says looking back at the samurai "You'd better let me give you another treatment before we settle in for the night. Being a pro bender you might think I'm only good in a fight, but I've been told I'm a reasonably competent healer as well. Same to everyone else" Tik says addressing the whole party "If anyone took some hits I can give you a once over before we hit the sack to make sure we're all right as rain in the morning."

Tikaani shrugs his shoulders at Jampo's suggestion making his way over to Taikahana as he speaks "As much as I want to get up there and fly with Uupa, I know that suggestion's not going to fly."

Kneeling by Taikahana the waterbender once again draws out some water placing it over his companion's wounds as it starts to glow faintly.

Kinetic healing: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Typical, roll max to heal the enemy, and min to heal the party, Tik will take the burn himself this time though.

"I don't think the suggestion is fair, we can't just leave friends behind because it's easier that way. Those guys know we're no pushovers now, they'll think twice before trying to strong arm us again."

Standing he comes over and puts an arm on Jampo's shoulder talking more quietly to the airbender, though if the others tried to listen in they could probably hear.

Tikaani shifts over to kneel next to the blue suit man just as Mica's rock smashes into the firebender "Mica! During a time out? That's dirty."

Inspecting the man on the ground Tik shakes his head "Wow, you really did a number on this guy, but you patched him pretty well too... I think I can help" Pulling a stream of water to his hand Tik then guides it over Blue Suit Guy's wounds his hands on either side the water glows with a silvery blue light.

Kinetic Healing: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10

Seeing the healing technique appears to be working well he looks up at Mee as she approaches and gives her a grin "While I'm famous for more combatative bending, I'm not slouch when it comes to healing either, the picking up might not be necessary."

Blue suit guy will take 1 point of non lethal burn per HD. Tikaani will heal him, but he's not going to take the burn himself.

Seeing Jampo's whirling flurry batter the blue suited man who drops heavily and doesn't looks to be in real bad shape. "Whoa, time out! Tikaani makes a T shape with his hands. "That guy does not look good. Gimme a sec, I'll take a look."

Pressing the advantage with the woman off balance Tikaani once again goes for the legs rotating his hips and shooting a leg out to sweep them out from under the woman, and flowing with the motion of the movement he uses his palm and a quick thrust of water to drive her into the ground.

"You really should stay down lady. I can do this all day." Tik was cocky, but at least had some skill to back it up. Some of the other pro bending teams had described how frustrating The Wolf's style keeping his opponent off balance could be.

A quick glance at his friends shows Taikahana's taking a pretty fair beating, and Mica getting the flame treatment. "Ouch... that might leave a mark. You guys need a hand over there?"

Let's assume I'm using non-lethal unless stated otherwise.

"Hey, you should stay down lady, you caught me with that cheap shot, but I don't want to hurt you more than necessary."

AOO: 1d20 + 5 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 5 + 4 = 27
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 1 non lethal

Quickly sidestepping the spinning kick Tikaani follows up with a kick of his own, taking advantage of the clumsy attack to strike at the most opportune time. The kick itself is hardly more than a tap, but precisely timed to work against her spinning momentum, intended to knock her off balance rather than do serious damage. "Sorry, too slow."

Unbalancing counter DC14 reflex, or flatfooted until end of my next turn

Ready for the man in blue's attack and waiting to take his attack head on when he's blindsided by a sudden large rock which crashes into him full force.

"OW!... that wasn't very nice! Alright hun, if you're going to single me out then I'll play."

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17

The young waterbender attempts to dance past the man in blue to close the gap on the woman that threw a big rock at him. As he moves he draws a stream of water out of a water skin at his hip. "Alright, let's dance." With that he makes a sweeping motion with his arm and the stream of water quickly follows the motion lashing out at the woman attempting to take her feet out from under her.

Water whip trip: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23

Tikaani looks at the blue suit guy, then towards the two in red starting to circle around "Jabbing a finger at my teammate is kind of rude..."" he says returning his gaze back to blue suit. The young waterbender sighs and shakes his head "We are the team that has been tasked with finding the Avatar. Team Avatar is... less of a mouthful. If that is all you want I'm afraid we'll have to disappoint you. Sorry to cut it short, but we have a long journey ahead of us..." which we've chosen to walk when we could be flying! "We won't neglect fans... I suppose we could sign some quick autographs, but we're in a hurry to get going."

"Or" Tik says shifting into a lower, but not making a move to attack "Did you have something else in mind for a souvenir of our meeting? Some people like to have a spar, see how their bending matches up to a pro, but they typically regret it."

Tikaani shrugs his shoulders at Mica's response "Well normally I would bet on you, and I can totally understand how you could gather admirers... just these guys are... a little too shady for that."

He looks between the earthbender and firebender and shakes his head "They haven't actually done anything wrong though, being shady isn't against the law... if we jump them we'll be the ones in trouble. I think we should be aware and ready to defend ourselves." Of course Tikaani was always more in favour of defense over offense as Mica was well aware, his style relied fairly heavily on unbalancing an attacker, and countering.

"It's possible" Tikaani says to Mica "But I don't usually expect fans to try to be secretive about their interest in us. If it was just one shy guy with a crush on you maybe, but a whole group of fans that are trying to pretend they're not watching us? Wouldn't they normally want to get our attention?" he shrugs his shoulders "Call it intuition I guess, they just don't feel like fans to me." The waterbender grins and leans in closer to Mica "Wanna bet on it?"

Tikaani changes into his travelling gear, and collects his belongings. Wanting to make sure the spirit water was on his person and easily accessible in case of emergency he attaches the small bottle to a cord, which he fashions into a makeshift necklace and slips around his neck. He says his goodbyes to Jian, and bids her many thanks for her hospitality and generous gifts before heading out for adventure.

As they leave the city Tik takes note of the group keeping pace with them. After considering them for a few moments he says quietly to the others "I hate to be that guy, but I think we're being followed." He doesn't turn to indicate their followers lest they realize they've been noticed "This group is trying to act casual, like when you look at a pretty girl and she notices you, but you don't actually have anything to say, so you just look away and pretend you weren't staring? Only in this case I feel like their intentions may be less innocent. Could be muggers maybe?"

Tikaani has a pleasant breakfast with the others, and hurries over to join the others not knowing what this is about but seeing Jian in her official robes he understands it must be important. He's not any more appropriately dressed than Jampo, also still in his pajamas a simple white tank top, and light blue pajama pants held around his waist with a drawstring.

He watches in veritable awe as Jian moves from one of the group to the next bestowing incredible gifts to each of them. Some kind of fancy rock for Mica which will help her learn metal bending. A priceless sword used by avatar Hishen, Tik didn't actually know all that much about Hishen, but he was the avatar. Jampo got a stick, no regular stick of course, it was Korra's own airbending staff.

Finally Jian came with a gift for Tikaani himself, spirit water from the spirit oasis. The young man hesitated to accept it, he'd heard stories that water benders could perform miracles with it. "The stories are true? With spirit water a skilled healer can actually... bring someone back to life?" He gives a bow as he takes the bottle from Jian "Thank you Grand Lotus Jian. Even I can feel the spiritual energy. I don't know what to say... I just hope I will be able to live up the gift and your expectations."

It's an effort, but the water bender manages to put away the spirit water he would have time to stare into the spirit water later.

"No problem" Tikaani answers Palila, though the sudden smile makes him rub the back of his neck nervously for a moment "Umm y'know happy to help out." The young waterbender says taking the bag and knife, and finding an area where he can start chopping.

He looks over to Jampo as the older man comes in to help as well and the conversation is struck up about Uupa and Siba "Glad to hear Uupa doesn't eat that much considering his size. If he had to eat his weight every day I don't know how we'd find enough food while traveling... I don't think there's a lot of open grazing fields in Omashu."

Tikaani seemed thoroughly disappointed that they would not be riding Uupa the whole way, but has resigned, maybe Jampo will allow him a ride later on.

Once they've arrived in Jian's house it doesn't take him long to end up in the kitchen with Palila "Hey, I don't have a lot to unpack, especially considering I'll just have to pack it all up again in the morning." The water bender nods towards the vegetables being cleaned "Anything I can help with?"

Tikaani blinks trying to understand what they're talking about "Wait you guys can't seriously be saying we should pass up the chance to fly, in the sky! On a Bison!! No way. Besides how long is it going to take for us to walk to Omashu... are we going to walk through the desert too?"

Tikaani steps up to wave to the crowd when he is introduced, none of the others spoke to the audience, but it seems like they should say something he spreads his arms out to encompass the whole audience "Everyone, thank you so much for showing your support and to Jian for placing her confidence in us.." He looks back at the rest of the team for a moment before continuing "We have a very strong and confident team. Place your faith in us, we won't let you, or Grand Lotus Jian, down."

He looks towards Bolin and the others from the previous team Avatar and closes his eyes tilting his head down for a moment. "I have always looked up to team Avatar, I can't even express the thrill and anxiety I feel following in their footsteps, they've set an extremely high bar, we'll do everything we can to live up to their standards." Having said his piece he steps back his heart pounding.

I've been on the stage countless times in front of larger audiences than this, but I feel ten times more nervous up here than at my first bending match there's so much pressure, and Bolin looked right at me... I hope my voice didn't crack.

"Got it" Tik says as if he's understood perfectly "You've got no experience teaching bending either. We're all in the same boat here, but that's fine, we can work and learn together, we're supposed to be a team afterall. Of course before that we're going to have to find the Avatar... do we have any clue who they might be?" He asks of the general group, not to anyone specifically.

"Good to meet you Taikahana, just call me Tik, looks like we're partners now, so no need to be so formal." Tikaani turns towards Jian "It is good to see you again Grand Lotus Jian." The young water bender puts a closed right fist against his open left palm and gives a small bow.

Tik looks to Mica and back at Taikahana Is this guy trying to pick a fight already? Should I diffuse... or just let her go. "Well I have confidence in my bending, but I've never taught anyone either, still learning myself. You seem confident in teaching. How many fire benders have you taught Taikahana?"

When Jian asks if anyone has any questions or wants to back out Tik shakes his head "Well I haven't any intention to back out, but I do have a couple questions. You with all your resources couldn't find the Avatar, much as we might claim otherwise, we're just kids how will we find him? ... her?"

"And for the really important question" There seems to be a bit of a sparkle in his eye as he asks with a wide grin "Your father is Bolin isn't he? The mover star, as in Nuktuk: Hero of the South. That Bolin. Is there any chance we'd get to meet him"

Following along after Jampo and Palila Tik also admiring Palila's grace leans in closer to the air bender to talk in a lowered voice so the others were unlikely to hear "She's really something isn't she? Her moves are so smooth, I wouldn't mind going a few rounds with her." He grins up at the taller man before adding with a laugh "I get the feeling she'd knock me for a loop though."

Tikaani weaves his way through the crowd towards the stage moving quickly after Palila as the crowd threatens to surge into the small gap left between the followers and the leader Tik lightly touches a shoulder directing the person aside just enough to he could slip through, the woman he touched made a slight glance, but hardly even seemed to notice as she gave him space to pass. "This crowd doesn't leave much room to maneuver, try not to get left behind" He says with a joyful grin as he makes his way after Palila; he seemed to be moving with the surge of the crowd rather than trying to cut a path through, or fight against it, like a leaf following the current flowing around obstacles unerringly on its path.

"We can't disappoint Jian, better head for the stage first, there'll probably be time to finish up the shopping after the announcement. And like Jampo said maybe we'll find some things on the way." He adds with a smile to the shorter woman "Lead the way Palila!

"Sure, I'll go with you." Tikaani says with a smile "I can't think of a better way to see the fair than with my new pal and a couple of pretty gals." The young lad pauses thinking for a moment and muttering thoughtfully as if really weighing the two in his mind "Well maybe from the air atop a Sky Bison..." he shakes his head "Nah, this is still better. To the cabbage carts!" The last he exclaims while trusting out a finger to point in the direction where where a cabbage stand... might be.

"Right, like you've seen bigger Ms. Sky Bison expert." Tikaani says sarcastically to Mica, then smirks towards her when she asks to pet him. "You know you can just admit you're excited to meet him. Even immovable Mica's allowed to get excited some times, and look at him!" The young water bender gestures to the huge flying bison "This guy's fantastic, how could you not be excited?"

Tik turns towards Jampo needing permission before approaching and with that given he grins and goes forward taking the Air bender quite literally and introducing himself. "I'm Tikaani Kesuk, very pleased to be meeting you Uupa Once introduced he reaches out to offer scratches in a similar manner that Jampo did.

Tik moves smoothly through the crowd he seemed to make it look easy despite mulling crowd giving very little room to maneuver. He progresses without hesitation moving through the tight spacing the crowd provided with a sort of flowing grace almost like the water he bends. If one looked closely, or knew Tik fairly well, they could probably tell the clothing he wore was probably a little more formal than he was used to, it was probably a safe assumption that his mother had made him dress up for the occasion. He wore a lightweight, dark blue jacket trimmed with white fur which was left open, and he'd undone the top two buttons of the light blue dress shirt underneath, they were too constricting. Intead of dress slacks he wore more loose fitting pants that looked like they offered more comfort and ease of movement, at least they didn't clash with the rest of the outfit.

Tikaani looks wide eyed at the massive animal "Whoa, that's Uupa? He's bigger than my house! He can really fly, and like you ride him? That must be incredible! I've gone penguin sledding, and ridden a few large creatures like a polar bear dog, but I can't imagine what flying with a Sky bison is like!"

Tik is 5'7" I guess we'll have to count on Taikahana to bring up our average, I assume he's something like 8 feet tall.

"Nah, there's all kinds of different benders" Tik answers the question even though it wasn't really address to him. "Some, like us, chose pro bending, at least for now. Others may choose something else, or maybe can't handle pro bending... Just like anything I guess, not all vendors sell cabbages either, it would be nice to find one that does though."

Looking towards Jampo Tikaani grins "You mentioned a Sky bison earlier, is that Uupa? I've never seen a Sky Bison I'd be very interested in meeting him."

Tikanni smiles at his new friend "Well she was yaking on the phone with her mother for like an hour" An hour was probably an exaggeration, but in the midst of this festival it felt like an eternity "So she should be over..." The young water bender blinks as he comes face to face with his teammate "here?"

Finding himself pulled right close to Mica Tik softly clears his through "Ahh Mica, I must say you're looking lovely today. Ahem... the family is doing well I trust?" His eyes dart quickly to the side as if there might be an escape there "Sorry... ran into some fans and a guy dragged me away to meet his son I didn't mean to leave you. The Wolf's no good without his pack."[/b] He may have already wondered off a little ways by then, but he really hadn't intended to go far. "Can't let the fans down ya know"

When Mica asks about the others Tik smiles and nods "Friends, yes! Mica meet Jampo and Palila." He indicates each in turn "You know the letters we got from Jian Beifong? Palila is the girl that was with her when she came to see us way back when." It was only about a year ago, but for a sixteen year old boy with a short attention span that was a long time. "And Jampo here got a letter just like us, he's here to see Jian too."

Tik nods with a smile shaking the older man's hand "That is good to hear, maybe sometime soon there will be enough interested air benders that each team will have a bender from all four elements."

Turning back towards Palila a bit surprised by her comment on meeting Jian he says "She didn't think anyone would respond? Come now, I'm young, brash, probably naive, and even I know this invitation isn't something easily passed up. I hope she didn't send out too many of these letters she'll end up with a whole crowd."

He grins towards Jampo again "You have one too? Excellent! we should stick together... I really need to find Mica though, I'm sure I'm in hot water already. Maybe we could head towards the phone booths? There were some vendors over there, might have some cabbages."

Tik shakes his head at Jampo when "Unfortunately I think the rules are pretty specific there. One bender of each fire, earth and water, kind of a shame, but them's the breaks, maybe they'll consider changing them, but as things are now Air benders aren't common enough, or maybe interested enough, for every team to have one, those that don't would say it's an unfair advantage" He shrugs his shoulders "What can you do?"

"Anyway Tikaani Kesuk pleasure to meet you Mr. Jampo.

His attention back to Palila Tikaani shakes his head "Nah you were fine, I was just surprised you didn't notice at all, I even yelled to look out and you didn't even look up." He suddenly exclaims "Jian! Yes, that must be it, she came to see my team while back. Sent me a letter, that's the whole reason I'm here, she said she needs my help, supposed to meet her at one. Mica too she..." He quickly looks around looking slightly panicked "Oh man she's gonna kill me, she was on the phone so long I kinda wandered off, then that fan found me... I totally ditched her at the phone booth."

"Ouch, hey the kid!" Tik yells out as the animal yanks the child out of his arms then he finds himself being assaulted by this person that was just sitting in the street "Ow! are you crazy? Don't let that ostrich horse hurt the kid."

Tikaani is just considering if he should make some kind of attempt to break loose, maybe a quick water blast in the face, though that turns out not to be necessary as she releases him on her own. "Not a wolf, The Wolf... he means me. It's... ehh what the announcers call me." He quickly turns towards the boy "Bipin, you ok little man?"

Bipin nods and sticks his tongue out at the Ostrich horse "Yeah 'm alright, thanks for catching me, even if this guy grabbed me after."

The waterbender let out a breath "Well that's a relief" He turns back towards Palila "What were you so spaced out for? You were so out of it you didn't even notice us until I was literally on top of you. Err sorry for that by the way, didn't mean to bash into you like that. I'm Tikaani I..." the young man stops as he gets a good look at Palila "Hey, you look familiar... did we meet before?"

Turning towards the new comer he nods "Yes, a misunderstanding I guess... thanks, for the offer, I think everyone's good..." Looking at Jampo's Tikaani's eyes light up "Hey those mean you're an air bender right? Air benders don't do the pro bending thing, I never met one before."

Tikaani makes his way through the crowd, weaving carefully through it. He has no particular destination in mind, just wandering around the festival seeing what there is to be seen. A hand on his shoulder causes him to stop and turn.

A man, a local maybe judging from his garb, likely descended from Earth Kingdom by his facial features, was peering down at him his eyes practically shining. Tik wasn't great at judging ages, but he presumed the man to likely be in his early thirties. "It's you isn't it? The Wolf?"

Tikaani gave a somewhat crooked smile to the man "You actually recognize me? I didn't think I made enough of an impact to be famous... Well I don't normally go by The Wolf, Tikaani Kesuk, nice to meet you." he offers a hand to the man.

"Merle!" The man said excitedly shaking Tikaani's hand "You're kidding right? I watched your match against the Zebra Frogs with my son, you were untouchable!"

"Zebra Frogs? We lost that match." The waterbender said recalling the match.

"By a technicality!" the man said vehemently "I can't believe that ref! Three on one and you took them all out without even taking a hit!" The man raved "I couldn't believe the ref ruled the last player fell after the round ended..."

"It was close alright, I thought I had em, but I guess I took too long."

"You got robbed! That was the best bending performance I've ever seen! When your teammates got taken out I figured the match was over. Where'd you get that Firebender anyway, what was his name? Aiko? That guy is useless, worse than useless, bad enough he got himself nailed, but he fell into Mica and knocked them both over the edge."

"Well it's not like he did it on purpose." Tik countered

The man spread out his hands waving them slightly "Yeah sorry... I don't mean to bash your teammate, but after your miraculous round, you just missed the K.O. and tied up the match. You guys lost the coin toss, and of course they picked fire, and he blew it... seriously you and Mica could go all the way, but that guy's weighing you down. OH! my son's over watching the puppet show, he catches all your matches, he really loves pro bending says he wants to be a waterbender. Umm you know if you have time Mr. Tikaani..."

"Please, just Tikaani, and sure, I have to meet someone later, but just taking in Avatar Day for now I have some time. Tikaani furrows his brow at the man "A waterbender? but umm..."

The man nods, and starts leading the way towards the puppet show "I know... with my lineage that's basically impossible, I tried to tell him, but he insisted. He'll be overjoyed to meet you, his name's Bipin. There he is" Merle points "Sitting just in front of that Ostrich Horse"

"I'm not really used to meeting fans, it's the first time I've been recognized outside of Yu Dao." Tik said a little nervously

"You keep it up and I'm sure it'll happen more and more, I'm sure we're not your only fans." Merle leans down to talk quietly to a boy watching the puppets who looks to be 7 or 8 years old.

Turning to look back the boy's eyes widen and he quickly stands "Oh wow, you're really him aren't you? Tikaani Kesuk, The Wolf! I can't believe it." The boy simply stares for a few moments.

"That's me, though you can just call me Tik. I understand you're Bipin, and you're interested in waterbending."

"Oh yeah! I'm gonna be a great waterbender when I grow up, like you, I'll join up with a Pro bending team and win the championship!" then questions started pouring out like someone had popped the cork "Are you here for a match? How old are you? Why do they call you The Wolf? Can you teach me about waterbending?"

Merle laughed softly "Easy Bipin don't harass the boy, he's only here to enjoy Avatar Day just like us."

Tik smiled "That's alright, I'll try to answer..." He starts giving answers counting the questions back on his fingers "Umm no match, I'm here to meet someone. I'm sixteen. The Wolf is a sort of nickname, my name Tikaani means wolf, the announcers like to use nicknames like that, sounds more exciting. Waterbending..." He considers how to answer this last question "Well not everyone can waterbend, I can teach you about waterbending, but no techniques or anything."

"Come on Tikaani!" The boy pleaded "I'm good already, I've been following your movements. I think I'm really close!" The boy tried to show how good by attempting to reproduce some of Tikaani's moves from his matches, unfortunately he does not quite have the smooth flowing grace perfected yet, and loses his balance tumbling over towards the Ostrich horse, and the young woman with it.

"Watch out!" Tik cries seeing the boy tumbling backwards, and he moves quickly to catch him, but the momentum carries him over as well, and it looks like both he and the boy are going to crash into the woman.

Just about ready for some water bending. Not sure what traits to go for yet though.
