What abilities are there that allow for the wielding of enemies as weapons?

I was wondering if there was an official rules for wielding a creatures as a weapon. Does the creature being wielded take damage? Is this something up to the DM?

No, he chose from his available languages and we moved on.

He came up a backstory explaining his selection and I told him he could replace his wayang with elven or sylvan as a result of his backstory, but this didnt fly well with him. I also told him if he wanted all of these languages he could spend a point in linguistics which he refused to do. I believe we've come to a solution, however.

Thanks everyone for you answers. We've figured it out.

My friend is playing a Wayang, and on the racial page on d20PFSRD it says:

Languages: Wayangs begin play speaking Common and Wayang. Wayangs with high Intelligence scores can choose from the following: any human language, Abyssal, Aklo, Draconic, Goblin, Infernal, Nagaji, Samsaran, and Tengu. See the Linguistics skill page for more information about these languages.

Does this not mean, when picking languages due to his high intelligence, he can only pick from this list?

He is trying to convince me that elves are a human race, because elves are humanoid. He wants to take elven and sylvan as starting languages and i was telling him no, but he didn't understand what a human language was.

Me and a friend got into an argument over what the book means by human language, specifically in the wayang races languages.
