Use tactician with Paired Opportunist if it looks like the opponent will run by us, or if we hit any tiny or smaller opponents that have to provoke in order to attack.

Use Mr. Collins Charge Through plus wield lance if we have a big opponent behind mooks. Overrun the mook, hit the BBEG. At least, that is the intent.

Challenge works best against enemy spellcasters.
