How do you feel about previous players? I've played the first two books, but then our group fell apart.

I can make a dumb-ish character.

Your "looking for group" video sold me. It looks like you know what you're doing.

More than welcome, PFG!

We actually have one other player who has played through 1.5 modules and he is just going to avoid spoiling it for the other players. I will also try to keep it fresh for you guys too and may throw in some twists. :)

Shoot me an email at dungeonmusings@gmail.com and we will have a our group of five!

I shot a quick "Looking for Group" video on my channel too, for those who may want to see what they would be in for: Looking for Group

Is that part of the Paizo community forums? If so, then I have not. :)

If not, is that an external site?

Howdy All!

I am looking for some players for a Pathfinder 1st edition campaign that will play through the Iron Gods adventure path, playing on alternate Saturday mornings (9:00 a.m. to noon CST, every two weeks), with the first session on February 9th, which I intend to use as a "session zero" to create the characters and introduce the players to each other.

Ideally, I would prefer four or five players and would ask that the players make at least 75% of the sessions.

We will be using Roll20 for dice rolls, pictures, maps, etc... and we will be streaming the session on my YouTube channel (which you can find here: Dungeon Musings ).

If you want to see what a session will look like in play (and what kind of DM I am), you can see an example, here (where I ran Astonishing Swordsmen and Sorcerers of Hyperborea): Actual Play AS&SH .

If you either do not have a functioning webcam or do not want your face on the stream, you will be free to play anonymously in Roll20 at the sessions, you will just need to join us without your camera on through a Google Hangout (I use that program to capture the audio for the stream and then just share the video from Roll20).

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the characters, the campaign, or the Pathfinder 1st edition rules beforehand, please do not hesitate to drop me a line at dungeonmusings@gmail.com.

Otherwise, I hope 2019 is off to a great start and hope to share a virtual table with you soon!

Cheers,

Kev

Howdy All,

I was reading over Ultimate Intrigue again this week and I have been planning to put together a short campaign using those rules as a way of running a Blades in the Dark meets Pathfinder kind of game.

As I was preparing, I started poking around online to see if I could find some "actual play" session with people using the UI rules, but my searches have come up mostly empty, so I thought I would post here to see if some folks in the community who have used the Intrigue rules would be willing to share their experiences with it (either challenges they found with them or war stories of the fun they had).

Thanks in advance for those who respond!

Howdy All,

I'm back to Pathfinder after an extended absence and I have found all sorts of cool stuff waiting for me.

One of these is the Hunter class from the Advanced Class Guide, which has really caught my eye (I may have been a big Hunter player, back in my WoW days...).

I love the class, as written, but I think I would be willing to give up some of the abilities to get a watered down version of the Gunslinger's Grit abilities.

I have not been able to find an Archetype that allows the Hunter to do this, so I am turning to the community to let me know if there is such a thing, or if I should try kludging something together on my own.

Thanks in advance for your help!
