Dale, whom always plays orphaned dwarven fighters with a waraxe, heavy steel shield and composite longbow, they always wear plate, and never seem to use power attack. he's always afraid of marriage, and projects a level of greediness and is always orphaned by Orcs

Seth; always plays characters that cover the face role and 2-3 other roles, usually amazing at support characters and good at hogging the spotlight

Aaron; always plays hybrid classes, always sleazes around with every NPC, regardless of his character's ability to seduce, always plays creepy fanservice characters, FATALite in training, almost as creepy as my buddy Larry, Creepier than me, Creepy as my Ex Girlfriend Shirley

Larry; FATALite in training, played several characters so creepy, it puts me and Aaron to shame. nobody trusts him with my dice. Creepier than Aaron

Shirley; a girl so obscessed with Loli it puts me to shame, inspires me to coordinate loli characters with her, plays nothing but loli

Me, i play 75% loli, but the other 25% is fairly normal characters, Shirley takes it 3 steps further than me. i have a minor obscession with cuteness and youth that is unhealthy, Shirley is 3 steps worse than me

Harvey; always plays monks and clerics, always the disciplined and orderly type

Javier; always tries to build characters with options, dislikes a lack of options, easily bores of particular concepts.

Ash, my cousin, a slight bit behind me in creepiness, she likes the occasional loli, but really likes explicit gore. Shirley, Andrew and i stomach her descriptions best

Andrew, another Weeaboo in the group, happens to be a brony, as Creepy as Ash or I.

out of 15 players, we have Gasp, 6 people whom are creepy, 3 of which are far creepier than i am.

I almost want in that group... the creepyness level would be amusing to me i think

Did the other gamers at your table get upset that you wanted to join said tower? Ask them. From the light information provided the only thing i guess at is the gm was being a bit mean spirited, but then again, maybe the mage in the tower was a jerk to everyone as well. I dont know, like i said before i simply dont have enough details to help too much, you sound like the sort of player i would hope for however so keep your chin up and all that good stuff

The cleric, monk and inquisitor have all had extremely high levels of involvement with their respective churches with those quest lines making up almost all out content up untill now. They also have all been rewarded extremely expensive items front their church (Mithral breastplate, magic weapons) due to their association to the church whereas my character has received nothing other than a masterwork bow in the way of treasure other than gp which we all split equally. My party was supportive and it was also our method of entry into the tower. We had discussed it in the week preceding the session. We are a heavy role play style game with battles maybe only occurring every second or third session. I honestly thought that the Mage Tower connection would benefit us as a party, give us access to magic scrolls/services and provide quest opportunities. I thought the DM was making it a challenge to join. I didn't realise until after he smirked and threw a much stronger opponent at me that he was actually being mean spirited and not in fact offering me a legitimate opportunity to succeed on my own merits.

Yup then he was being a big meaniehead and not very nice... sorry for your luck. I would (being a bit of a stubborn ass at times) would make sure that every single place we stopped i would see if there was some group to join... be it the local woodcarving guild, or the local pta or the we dont say tomato the proper way club for a session or five just to be slightly spiteful then drop it... oh or be a drag to things and like multclass at yournext level into some form of cleric and if asked why brign up that you thought it was okay for charectors to get invovled in churches and the like instead of mage towers. Or nothing, I cant fault your venting and in truth i am far too laid back to get very angry about anything for more than a moment or two

My response to his feeling the world is cliche... him about the Mayans, The people of Troy, the ancient egyptians... the romans, I think you are starting to get the point. As for him being a pessimist, I can understand that, I went through a simular rough patch a few years back. Offer him your support, but ask him to maybe take a break a few games since everyone else wants to try Golarion. And im not suggesting he not show up to your game days, but perhaps just not have a charector, put him in charge of monster developement, or world economic background news building. Give him a peice of creativity without getting him too involved if he feels left out?

I am totally a B in fact I almost refuse to min max anything. Although some power games can be fun. I just get tired of them them.

Im pro sunder, though i would consider it a sparring use. As someone mentioned your average npc is just as liable to want to gank a pc's gear and sell it/ use it themselves... but You have to live to sell that raging barbarians great axe, and say the pc is oh a high enough level to have a name for himself, what well prepared bad guy wouldnt think of hamstringing his opponents.
I always warn my players when i run a game to not become a one-trick pony, eventually some baddy somewhere will 'optimize' to win too. Not all baddies are dumb
