Goliath Druid with the Strenght domain. It's a wonderful thing to be able to say "I Bull Rush the giant to the ground!"

Your best answer is already written in the book.Look up for the Alternative VAMPIRE campaing of way of the wicked.
Instead of starting the prison with 3 days remaining for the execution start on day 3 and let everyone be executed and raise that night as Vampires.

Try a Daring champion challenge + precise strike combo for three times your class levels on damage if you got the panache for it.

Also,
You can always make a Crossblooded draconic,Primal elemental Sorcerer and make people suffer with your spells.
Don't go Fire or Eletricity as a lot of enemies are resistant or immune to it,In a evil AP you are expected to fight good outsiders and a lot of then resist elecricity. Go Crossblooded (Black Dragon,Acid) or (Silver Dragon,Cold) and expect lot's of fun moments on the later books.

Use "Bestow curse" on the commanded undead.

http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/b/bestow-curse

Bestow curse says "You may also invent your own curse, but it should be no more powerful than those described above." and choose "-4 penalty on attack rolls, saves, ability checks, and skill checks." but make the curse only work against you. Now it's harder for the undead to break free from your control and will be a lesser threat for you.

Everyone dies and are sent to Avernus (The first layer of hell).
They must kick ass of the ruler of each layer of hell to be sent to the next one and at the end they must beg, negotiate or punch Asmodeus right on the face to be sent back to Golarion.
That sounds like a level 20 campaign idea to me.

If professor Lorrimor sent letters to 3 fighters Carrion Crown would be the hardest adventure ever.
