Sawtooth Sabre. Same set up as the Aldori Dueling Sword. Longsword stats but must take Exotic Weapon Prof to make it finesse able. Otherwise, you can use it as just a standard Martial Weapon
In 3.5e (or on D&D Wiki) there is a portable forge. As the games are compatible, your DM shouldn't have a problem with you acquiring one. I believe the book price is 2000gp if you can find it.
