A young gold-scaled, female kobold enters, looking around and smiling as if she's both interested and entertained by every person in the place. She wears a pair of spectacles, as well as some robes that look as if they're standard issue from some academic institution or another. She happily seats herself at the end of a table with some locals and strikes up a conversation. She mentions her love of the stars and celestial bodies, and her fascination with the idea that at any moment the planet could be hit by some huge meteor and cease to exist!
