I have a +1 weapon that can fire 3 Magic Missiles.

Does this give me d4+1 damage per missile or is the base damage fo rMagic Missile 1d4+1?

If I Bane my Weapon would each magic missile fired be 1d4+3?

Where can I find the rules concerning this?


"This ability lasts for a number of rounds per day equal to the inquisitor’s level."

That is the confusing part of the whole thing because it does not say which "Ability" it is referring to. The (Su) Ability I possess or the Bane special Weapon Ability on the Weapon.

Poorly worded and located in that paragraph.

the idea behind the weapon being knocked\dropepd and regriped and still having the effect is incase you want to use other swift actions on other rounds. so on 1st round you can use say 3 rounds worth of ability to enable bane for3 rounds. then on next rounds you don't have to waste a swift action to re-bane it. if you got nothing else to use as swift\imidiate action your best option is to rebane each round by itself ,just incase you don't need to use it a round later. waste non.

ok I don't know it is the way you answered, your formating or what... but now I am confused beyond belief. Can you rewrite your post in a more intelligable format?


Bane (Su)

At 5th level, an inquisitor can imbue one of her weapons with the bane weapon special ability as a swift action. She must select one creature type when she uses this ability (and a subtype if the creature type selected is humanoid or outsider). Once selected, the type can be changed as a swift action. This ability only functions while the inquisitor wields the weapon. If dropped or taken, the weapon resumes granting this ability if it is returned to the inquisitor before the duration expires. This ability lasts for a number of rounds per day equal to the inquisitor’s level. These rounds do not need to be consecutive.

If I am dual wielding Hand Crosbows Can I Bane Both of them as swift actions?

If I decide to drop them in the same combat can I Bane a new weapon?

How long does bane last for each Weapon I.E. In a one day period do I only have 5 rounds of Bane that needs to be split between all 3 weapons or does each weapon have 5 rounds of Bane?
