About Tatsuo

Tatsuo is a man who is obviously disturbed on some
level. he constantly utters phrases to himself under his
breath in Tien. if you are able to understand him he is
talking to his grandmother. constantly arguing about
some minor or inconsequential matter at hand. or if in
the middle of combat arguing about what he should do
next. Tatsuo has embraced his elven heritage. hiding
his human traits. he rarely speaks common, using
either elven or Tien as his preferred language. if no one
understands him he will just sigh and use short stunted
phrases in common.
he is not insane however he is in fact haunted by his
grandmother on his human side. she constantly argues
with him calling him an idiot, bakka or ahou or
bakabakashii. she constantly moves his stuff around in
his adventurers sash. it is never where he put it. making
it a standard action no matter what to draw equipment
from it. as he has to locate it again.
in combat he summons his grandmother to his side to
help defend himself by calling out "Senkun Shi-rudo"
this causes a blue green mist to form a round shield
that floats in front of him attempting to intercept
incoming attacks for an hour. when the shield is out he
talks to it as if it was his grandmother. during heated
arguments the shield turns color to reflect the attitude of
his grandmother.
