Opening Shove (standard, melee, weapon, +7 vs Ref, if hit, I push target 1 square, then choose an ally I can see, ally can either shift my Int mod number of squares,(4), or make melee basic attack against target)
Encounter: Warlord's Favor (standard, melee, weapon, +6 vs AC, 2d8+3 damage, and one ally within 5 squares get a +5 to attack same target)
Daily: Lead the Attack(weapon, melee, standard,+6 vs AC, 3d8+3 damage me and all allies within 5 squares get +5 to attack vs the target until end of encounter. miss is just a +1 against target until end of encounter)
Utility: Repositioning Command (daily, move, close burst10, effect: each ally and I can shift 1 square)
