Hello I know you guys are busy catching up on orders and navigating COVID, so I apologize for adding to your work.
I place an order on August 20th then another on sept 5th. The order on the 20th contained a birthday present but still shows a pending status. There is still about 2 weeks until his birthday but I hadn’t heard back via email yet (I know you guys are crazy backed up).
I wanted to make sure I didn’t mess up anything by selecting the “ship with previous order” option and see if there was an estimate on shipping dates.
