There's a part of me that wants to work out a race inspired by an artist I know - I did a race build on it a while back, and I've got some rudimentary stat blocks down...

How exactly would this work? I have a player suggesting it would make the opponent flat footed since he's in the same square, but the feat itself seems to suggest otherwise. Flanking rules also say that there's the requirement of a flank to be lined up like so - A|b|C - where the capital letters are PCs, and the lower case letter is a foe.

Help?

Is there a way to offer suggestions for feats? There's a third party feat that has a prequisite of quickdraw that allows you to sheathe your weapon as a free action. Any chance of something like that making it's way to an official book?
