Out of idle curiosity, is there a Dimensional Lock or Anchor spell that would have countered the Miracle? I'm not sure how the locks would cope with a God taking an active hand but I could definitely see Dragotha putting up some serious warding around his lair to keep thieves from popping in for a quick bit of treasure or otherwise whisking off it's gains.
