Plano boxes work good. I can get one of the smaller releases into one box and the big releases take two.

Has Paizo ever thought of making two separate subscription for PACG ? One for the Base set and one for the Decks, that way many people won't have to cancel for the base set and then resubscribe. Not sure what kind of volume there is for these cancellations.

About a month ago I got an email about some replacement cards that were being sent out. Is this still going on or yet to happen. Just wondering because I haven't received anything.

Just received my subscription order #3430826 and was missing both promo cards and a packing list was not in the box. Mistmourn and Zogmugot. It pains me that this is the 3rd time I have had to contact customer service pertaining to missing cards. It has forced me to open all of my Pathfinder card sets for Rise of the Runelords and check them against the published checklists. Not only did it cause me to lose the surprise of not know what type of cards I would encounter, but I have found 2 more additional cards missing. Apparently in Adventure 3 I had received 3 duplicate cards and missing 3. Please send a copy of the location card Dam and the barrier Hand Chopper. I was amazed to see an adventure 4 card in this card set by mistake.

I love the quality of the product. Please, please, please increase the quality control.

Stan are you looking at http://codemonkeypublishing.biz/index.php or the old .com address. There's a small amount of activity in the forums.

But yet the company is largely defunct due to WotC and some internal dynamics.

And Code Monkey Publishing grew out of PCGen, not the other way around. :)

BTW PCGen just launched our own forums instead of using Yahoo, we'll be making a slow transition away from Yahoo.

Yes was looking at the .biz address. Hasn't been any activity since Dec of last year. Was hoping they would be able to come thru with the program. they used to have periodical updates from the guys in charge.

Has anyone heard anything more about them ? I have checked the website and no one has posted in years. Have a feeling that they may be done.

They do their own thing by their choice, not ours. We'd be thrilled if they released on the same date as everyone else, if only because this sort of question comes up from several customers each month.

Wish there was something you could do to change their minds =)

A question I would like to ask is why are other companies able to get their items, through amazon, released on the same date as the normal release date ? I have seen this with games, movies and other companies RPG releases. Not sure if Paizo has anything to do with this or not. Just curious.

My question about Amazon is why some items are not available until a couple months after the release date and some are available on the release date. I order the starter set for 5th edition and got it on the release date, but most of the items from Paizo are a few months after the release date.

I am excited to see what ultra pro comes up with. For Rise of the Runelords I used the broken token insert, and it is great. Picture of it here.

It's looking like there are actually going to be *5* introductory scenarios in addition to the 5 that make up the first chapter of the Adventure Path.

Yes, the cardbacks are the same, and you should have no problem mixing and matching cards from the two sets.

Will there be a way do differentiate the cards between the two sets, since the backs will be the same ?

I've been playing the Adventure Card Game with card sleeves, and the Base Box has worked for storing the Basic Cards and Character expansion. After I started adding the 1st Adventure Path, however, the decks aren't fitting well in the box.

I was wondering what all people have come up for storing sleeved cards. I could use standard card longboxes, but I was hoping to find a customizable tray or storage box that can expand different sections as I add in additional AP sets.

Ultra Pro is developing a storage case specifically for the PACG. No details have been released yet.

They won't. But ultra pro is also working on an adventure case to hold a complete sleeved adventure path.

Where did you see this ? Was there any information on it ?

That seems about right to me. I just added one to my cart and the shipping was about $14. The shipping for the AP is around $6. Not sure about the other websites but some may take a loss on the shipping, which Paizo has said they would not do.

Funny how many people still use Amazon. I got it for 22€ in the bookdepository free of shipping worldwide. It's now 25€ and already out of stock.

I still use Amazon and am getting it for $23 with free 2 day shipping through prime. Checked book depository and it would be $33 from there

But wouldn't AMEX charge you based on the $103 (thus the fee would be 2.06) and not the $100 ?

Just out of curiousity. How would charging the customer the 2% surcharge actualy work ?

Lets just say that I buy $100 worth of goods. If I wanted to use an AMEX card they would then charge me $102 (100 + 2%). If I was trying to use the card to begin with wouldn't they charge the card $102. Wouldn't the store then be charged a surcharge based on the $102 and not the $100. Maybe I am missing something. Just don't see how the fee could be passed on to the customer.

Has anyone heard anything more on this ? Unless I am missing something the last update I saw was from Dec 2012.

THe company that handles the scanning will sometimes miss scanning a package. Last months AP was never scanned but I still recieved. Paizo has said that this should not affect the delivery of your package. Checked last night for this months AP and it no tracking on it either.

The retail release date is June 26. (Never trust Amazon's release dates for our products; they have no bearing on reality.)

Back when I was alive there was no such thing as a d10.

There was a 20-sided die numbered 0-9 twice, with one set of 0-9 coloured in and the other not. It was a d10, d% or a d20 (add 10 if you rolled one of the coloured numbers) as needed.

Funny you ask about this, because we have just recently begun collecting quotes for just such a thing. (Note that getting quotes is not the same as deciding to do it—we look at this every few years, and the quotes have always been pretty lousy.)

Hope that this something that comes to be. Would like one that is large enough to hold the AP and any campaign settting books for the AP.

Looks like it may be related to anything someone has a subscription to. I could order a book but am not able to add a past issue of an AP

Perhaps there is something out there already.
Has Paizo ever thought about putting out a magazine box that is designed specifically for an AP. I know there are magazine boxes that you can buy out there but I would like to see one that is themed after the particular AP. one that would be big enough to hold the AP and some of the other material that is for the AP.

It most likely is. I had the same thing with mine, I got it before the tracking information was ever updated. Paizo has stated that the company sometimes will miss scanning some of the packages but it should not affect the delivery of the package.

If I remember correctly I believe someone said that they don't get all of the art for the pawns until after the AP is finished or atleast the art from the last issue of the path. It would be nice if it came out at the same time as the AP. Not sure how their schedule works for each path. Don't know if they work on each part consecutively or one waits till the previous part is completed before they start on the next one.

I put my pawns into the business card sheets, but its a bit of a hassle to flip all the pages. Because some pawns slide out as I turn the pages. Therefor I don't use the pawns very much. I would like to ultimately store them sideways alphabetical by creature type and just be able to flip through them. Scanning the name's.

I have been looking for a storage solution to do this but the Plano boxes are too small for the large pawns.

A parts chest with drawers in it would work great. I could label the drawers, but I can't find a store nearby with a good selection of them.

Not all plano boxed are too small for the large pawns. I got the bestiary (and bases) into two 3750 boxes and each of the other two set into a single 3750 box for each.

If I remember correctly it rejects at Paizo instead of at the bank. They updated thier system and there have been some reports of issues like the one that you have had. They should be able to reprocess your order if the addresses now match.

Well it finally got here. I kept getting emails stating that the date had moved up. FIrst it was Jan, then it moved to late december then I finally got it early this week.

I must say that the latest version of PC gen is much better. I have been using it off and on for may years. Believe I started way back with version 3.

I know Amazon can be really bad sometimes with their release dates. Does anyone have a general idea of how long after a product is released that they get it updated.

I have ordered the Skull and Shackle Pawns set and they have the release date set as July 2013.
