Our system is having some issues processing [new] card game subscription starting orders [through check out] (and maybe some others) at this time. The tech team is still looking into the cause of this. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience or frustration with this.

In the meantime, we can bypass the problems in our system from our side by moving your starting subscription items from your shopping cart to your Sidecart.

This means that the Character Add-On Deck and promo cards will automatically get combined with Deck 2 and its promo card for your September subscription shipment, so those should ship together as one order sometime this month.

While we normally prefer that people post a new thread with their request/question, as these are all the same problem that we have the same solution for, we've decided the most efficient way to handle this issue would be to keep the requests complied in one place.

If you would like us to submit your subscription from our side, we need your permission to do so. Please post on this this thread and just say something like "Please submit the subscription in my shopping cart." We'll check this thread as regularly as we can and get you taken care of as soon as possible.

My preference would be to get my character add-on deck and promos ASAP. Is this possible or is the only option to combine with Adventure Deck 2 shipments?

I am confused... The Character Add-on and Promo cards are already showing shipping with my next months subscription. Is this an error? Should I not be seeing that?

I understand the Skull & Shackles Base Set is just an error, are the others as well?

What I am not seeing is my Class deck orders in neither my next subscription shipment or my sidecart.

I think this is an issue for people adding a subscription, not for ongoing subscribers. People looking to sign up have been reporting an inability to complete the checkout process.

The number of times this is coming up is overloading CS further than we already are. A fix is in testing to resolve this and should be ready tomorrow. At that point customers should be able to submit on their own. Thank you for your patience.

bastionwords seems like maybe the only one who made a new thread request in the Customer Service forum, that hasn't reposted here or already been taken care of.

Hope you don't mind me posting that link, but I wanted to help out a fellow PACG subscriber. I don't mean to interfere or anything. I just know you guys are busy, working really hard, and thought that posting the link to his request might help ensure he gets signed up before spawning, especially since I was one of the ones suggesting people make a new thread with their request. I'll keep my nose out of this thread now.

Thanks for all your hard work Paizo people. Hopefully you find some time soon to play some of the great games you guys send us.

The Character Add On Deck and promos are slated to started shipping out at the same time as Deck 2. There is no way to push them sooner. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I'm not totally sure fall into this group. But my sub status keeps moving backwards for no reason I can tell. Do I need to take some action?


After multiple e-mails I was finally sent here to start up a subscription to the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game. I've been trying for about two months now and fear I've missed the character add-on along with the promo cards.

If I've missed out on those, don't worry about the subscription.

If I can still get the character add-on and the promos, sign me up!
