About Sister Margdala
Raised as an orphan in a convent, the sisters there attempted to get Margdala to take her vows. But Margdala wasn't having any of that. She instead ran away from the convent. She kept the habit she took from the convent as she found people were more willing to trust her while she was wearing it (as long as she didn't show off her brute strength first). She took to worshiping Cayden Cailean, as she considered her self something of a free spirit, and spent a lot of time in taverns anyways.
It was in one of these taverns that after winning a bar fight against a brutish half orc who underestimated her strength when he saw her "vestments" and tried to take advantage of her that she was approached by an agent of the Pathfinder Society. The idea of adventuring appealed to her, so she signed up almost immediately.
She gets a bit nervous around members of the clergy, and very nervous if she meets them in a church.
