I think the Digitization Update Blog of January 2021 was the last we've heard of this:

I appreciate the Master Hireling Boon, but I already downloaded that some time ago. Just wondering if/when we might see Faction-specific Capstone Boons again.

Also hoping they'll be different than the previous Boons. Starting a new PC at Level 2 isn't as enticing of a reward, with so much Repeatable content available.

I wouldn't recommend it for a rules source. According to our GM, nowhere in the scenario were there DCs for swimming.

There's a Pathfinder Society scenario with several combats underwater and these were the rules our GM shared:

AQUATIC COMBAT:

• You’re flat-footed unless you have a swim Speed.
• You gain resistance 5 to acid and fire.
• You take a –2 circumstance penalty to melee slashing or bludgeoning attacks that pass through water.
• Ranged attacks that deal bludgeoning or slashing damage automatically miss if the attacker or target is underwater, and piercing ranged attacks made by an underwater creature or against an underwater target have their range increments halved.
• You can’t cast fire spells or use actions with the fire trait underwater.
• At the GM’s discretion, some ground-based actions might not work underwater or while floating.

We had two alchemists in the party, and we decided that they basically just couldn't use Alchemist's Fire.

Hannah takes the elixir but waits to drink it until the Baron arrives.

When the merfolk approach, Hannah acts with emissarial grace, "We need your help. These Sea Devils will only feel emboldened if we don't unite and drive them away together! will you stand.. err, swim, with us?!"

Does the Resist 5 Fire from being underwater apply to the Fire Damage from the Dragon Turtle's Breath Weapon? I could see why it might not. If it does, I think Hannah should be at -17 instead of -22 and Dranald should be at -21 instead of -26.

With Dranald's advice and Jasariel in position for a flank, Hannah risks swimming in closer to press the assault (movement will provoke if it is able) and stabs HARD behind the turtle's front leg.

I didn't realize until just now that Swim Fins are actual equipment, and boost your movement by +5 feet when rolling Athletics to Swim.

So that would put us at 20 feet on a Critical Success, 15 feet on a Success, no idea on a Failure (not listed), and 0 feet on a Critical Failure.

Although I, too, was looking forward to Mounted Hippocampus Combat ^_^

There are 5th Level Pregens available if you want to play something different.

I'm glad this is repeatable, because I have a Level 2 "Wereshark" Barbarian with a Swim Speed.

I will also admit, I have been excited for this scenario for a while. Sahuagin are probably my favorite villainous humanoid. I've read all of the Sea Devils Forgotten Realms books and used to own all of the AD&D supplements about them. I even have this laminated poster showing their life cycle from hatchling to the most epic four-armed king!

Most GMs and plots, sadly, don't account for their rich history. Which I'm always prepared for. But I'm hoping PF2 gives them a chance to shine as more than bloodraging devourers.

Just to be sure, usually only a Crit on an AoO disrupts a spell. I only ask because obviously that was a tough round. Did that regular hit disrupt Jasariel's spell?

Really tempted to roll Farming Lore; but it's only +10, whereas her Diplomacy is +13. Both are Expert.

Pathfinders come from all over Golarion, but each Lodge is known for representing the people and culture that support it! I'm sure a storied warrior such as yourself has decades of wisdom to share!

As for us, Pathfinders come from all walks of life! I studied at a monastery for part of my youth, and my nose was buried in books for at least as long as my back was bent over tilling the gardens! Respecting the land comes naturally to explorers. We won't let you down!"
