I'd like some suggestions on stats, feats, and maybe magic items, I'm not used to playing a martial class, so not sure how to build one, especially when it needs str for to hit and damage and dex for two-weapon feats

Also you need to get exotic weapon (kama) feat to use a kama, you could just use a sickle instead which is a simple light weapon with the same stats.

I knew I needed the feat, just asking for advice on how to make it viable. I want kama for the thematic of it.

I should also note, we come up against spell users somewhat often.

After playing the "Ashes of Ariandel" dlc for dark souls 3 I wanted to make a dual wielding scythe build. At first I was like "man, that would cool" then realized the amount of penalties that would bring. I then decided dual wielding a scythe and a kama would be easier.

So at level 14 with 20-point buy, max rp of 14, and any book goes that's not third party, what's the best way to optimize this un-optimized build concept?

My thoughts on what the build might be like, 2 Titan Mauler/12 Fighter or 2 Titan Mauler/12 Ranger(For the two-weapon fighting style)

Since you're starting *at* level 10, though, might I suggest an oradin? Paladin 6/Oracle 4 means you get to play like a paladin for the most part, but life linking with the party and only swift actions to heal yourself helps keep everyone going - yourself included (I have another thread going on here as something I'm considering for an upcoming character.)

I looked at that. That's sorta how our previous healer played, except did 2 paladin/X Oracle. She did a lot of things with Sanctuary.

Lots of people are suggesting divine characters, but have you considered playing a bard? With all those melee characters, wouldn't it be great to have inspire courage? The nice thing about inspire courage is that it also pumps up your stats, helping you do meaningful damage. Plus you have one of the best skill lists in the game and a pretty decent spell list. You can even pick a little bit of healing magic (although none of the really good status affect removers, unfortunately).

I suggested two ideas that involved bard levels. Bard/shadowdancer and battle herald(cavalier bard)

My group also said to just make something I'd enjoy, not to worry about party balance too much.

As far as I know.
Our barbarian is going for either a bull rush build or grapple build
The wizard is going either evocation or conjuration.
The investigator's our rogue-like character who'll be our skill monkey.
The swashbuckler is a swashbuckler no idea how else to describe it haha

Currently my party went through a tpk and we're making new characters.
So far we have a barbarian half-ogre, an investigator half-elf, a swashbuckler, and a wizard, with me being the 5th member who hasn't decided what to be.

I will say this, I refuse to be a healer, a support character maybe, but I don't have fun being stuck healing, protecting, etc.

We're level 10 20-points and max rp of 14

I have ideas for a druid, 5 bard/5 shadowdancer, mage of the third eye, a dragon disciple, a Battle Herald, and a mammoth rider (Either 9 levels of barbarian mounted fury, or 10 levels of hunter for the raise animal companion as a spell-like). Any advice on what'll fit in with this odd band of adventurers that be great.

Hello, I've been thinking about this concept lot recently, I just don't know how to min/max it.

15 point build, elf level 7.
Neutral Good Gravewalker Witch
with the Healing patron

I have almost no idea how to pull it off, but I want it to basically be a necromancer who uses necromancy for good, and also is a healer. Someone who basically uses the powers of life, death, and undeath.
