It seems confusing at first but is pretty simple when you get the hang of it. You can format it however you want, unless the GM has a specific way he'd like it done that is. Just make sure everything that would be on a normal character sheet is in your profile, and you may want to put it under at least one spoiler tag so it doesn't look like a quantum physics essay exploded on your page.
