![]() If DM Mathpro were to allow stats below 10, I could experiment with two different Sigs. Sig v1 is configured per DM Azure_Zero's parameters and Sig v2 isn't. I'd very much like to see how the two versions compare to one another (both in and out of combat.) Sig v1

At some point it becomes a simple matter of "don't split the party"... I agree that the other players need to be onboard with this plan, if you're going to devote real-game time to it. If this enterprise is limited strictly to the PC, then you should probably deal with outside of the regular game (perhaps via email.) One thing you might consider is incorporating Golarian's calendar into your game. With the changing of the seasons comes weather and natural "down-time." It might be fun to set up different things for each player to do during the off-season, so to speak. You wouldn't need to devote much time to it, say 2-3 hours of game time every 2-3 sessions. If nothing else, it might give the other players time to hunt down hard to find items or have existing items upgraded. ![]()
![]() Skype is a good way to communicate during gaming sessions, providing both the sender and receiver have a fat broadband connection. Dice is a small issue. Just trust the guy not to cheat, yeah? Online kingdom building is as simple as getting a Dropbox account and then putting all of your kingdom files (city maps, mayor sheet etc) up there (in the clouds.) If all of your players have a Dropbox account, you can share that "dropbpx" with 'em. They can see the files and save them and make changes, whatever you need to do. In this computer age, playing from afar is quite possible. ![]()

It's not a case of maybe being taken that way; he is taken exactly that way because he has a low (or even negative) CHA score. A high CHA character, when talking about his past exploits, is doing just that. He's regaling everyone with tales of his splendor and they're happily soaking up the rays of his personal sunshine. That high CHA ensures that he knows that they love him (even if kinda smells a little like horse poopie.) See the difference? ![]()

2. What do you think of the tension at the royal court between King Eodred II and the Royal Queen Ileosa? That’s not my business, did the man stray from bed? Bah, I truly care not. 3. Do you think you could change Korvosa for the better? How? Ridding the city of Lamm would be a wonderful change, and all who prey on children and the weak. I’ll go it alone, or I’ll work with like minded people. 4. What will your character contribute to the group? Sig is a tough warrior, smarter than you might think. He’s not a dawdler, so he’ll want to move plans forward. 5. What are your plans for your character mechanically? Right now, we’re going for a straight Fighter, little bit of TWF with some 2-hander and perhaps slinging a shield for emergency use. 6. What are your plans for your character from a story-perspective? Find Lamm! Retore the child to his family! Develop loyal friends who are worth enough to die for. Oh yeah, and meta-game wise, I bet there is something to find out about a throne too… 7. Consider your character's heritage: could he (or she) possibly be of noble or royal blood, or is he (or she) a lowborn commoner? I’m thinking more like low-born nobleman. He himself was a Ward of a noble family, and so he was very disgraced when Lamm stole the child.[/b] |
