Shonne has several methods at her disposal for extricating technological artifacts from the site, but has no knowledge of which if any of them are worth the bother. She suspects that the most worthwhile items would not be laying about in easily accessible spots, again though she would need someone else to point those out to her.

"Do you know how big this 'self-destruction' will be?" Shonne asks the virtual ghost before it is stowed away, the effects of the haste magic making her Elven-accented words run together.

She also asks "What is beyond that cylinder?" indicating final, unapproachable "doorway".

Hmm these things are making so much noise that one might think they were about to explode. Alas, no one knows how to turn them off. Shonne thinks to herself.

She spins round and tears off toward the last door to open still at haste speed. Rounding the corner she hops the grill. Standing before the door she looks for the button on the pad with the glyph that indicates 'on' or 'up' or 'open' or something. Confusingly.\, it looks like a "Q" with it's tail straight up in the air.

Shonne shrugs and hits the button. Really a knob would have been best.

Does Reesa have any more castings of Resist Energy? I ask because one thing which would be a massive help for Farrohk would be to get Resistance to acid put on him as currently every time he hits the enemy he will take a bunch of acid damage including potentially getting damage over time. PS Shonne's barrier only has Caster Level 9's worth of hp. Either way, it's still there until she actively dismisses it.

I think the question is more whether or not there is Cover (which would impart a +2 bonus on whomever 'Shoone' is's roll to save; see Reflex saves and Cover). And that sort of depends upon knowing if the monsters' breath weapons are 'bursts' or 'spreads' or maybe merely that they 'originate ... out from a point on the other side of the cover'.

As for Shonne (pronounced: Show-NEE), just now, she doesn't really care. ;)

Did you cast the emergency force sphere after or before you let the protection from energy absorb the damage? One or the other will be pretty much expended as a result. I assumed you would prefer to let the protection from energy take care of it as it is more restricted in its application, but it sounds like you wanted to let the sphere absorb the damage.

I'm pretty sure there's no choice to be made as the damage has to go through an actual wall of force (with hardness and hp) before it touches Shonne to trigger her personal resistance.

My bad. I keep forgetting the spell has a duration. Although is it still there? Just disregard the latter half of the previous post unless the bubble is destroyed by the breath weapon damage in which case she can and does fire at them.

If the force bubble still exists after the breath weapons attack, she delays her turn long enough to see how the fight is playing out, then before the next enemy's turn, she might dismiss the bubble and remain in cover as her actions for that turn. If however, it looks as though the elementals have DR against piercing weapons she maintains any bubble that is left, and casts flame arrow on her arrows that turn.

PS I don't see Ingrge wand damage on red who looks to have been his target going by his post.

If you or anyone ever need to leave someone out of a group haste effect you can leave Shonne out as she has a pair of boots of speed on.

No problems here. Although you might provide soft cover for folks fighting at range.

Since she is carrying a light source, stealth doesn't make much sense. To that point, what's the lighting situation like? Obviously we have working doors so are the "doorknob panels" lit? Do they have a sleep mode? Is there overhead track lighting?

Do we even know what we are looking for? Finding something that looks haunted doesn't seem much like a plan. Perhaps someone should ask the ghost that is with us for more information. says Shonne through the expediency of her taught expression, the slight tilt to her head, and a sharp nod indicating frustration and the slate of pale blue crystal.

No doorknob. These doors are Star Trekesque and you use the access panel to open them. Isirah has explained how they work and as long as it is functioning, you should be able to open it.

Shonne uses the fast, efficient, easy-to-use-door without an old-style analogue knob. First she creates and logs into her new door account using the convenient keypad. To keep things simple Shonne generally just takes 10 on all knowledge checks, if able. Her Knowledge (arcana) check would therefore total 18.

She tends to recall things like Languages spoken if any, what a species' active hours are, as well as their threat response and dietary and mating habits. ;)

It is odd because I am also playing Shonne in another Outpost VII game with a player who remembered Abaal from a game some years ago. Perhaps it was another of your characters that ran into Abaal, like Drusilla the Spear-Maiden in Dawn of the Scarlet Sun.
