I just placed an order for the PDF version of the GameMastery guide for PathFinder. For some reason the payment screen kept getting stuck on the card verification number but my bank shows the charge as a processing charge but there's no order my order list and no confirmation from the site that the order was ever placed.

I would like someone to please either place the guide as a download on my account or cancel the charge. Thanks!

Having a similar problem, just purchased the GameMastery PDF guide for Pathfinder and my order never arrived nor did I receive a confirmation that the order was placed. Had my bank account charged no problem though!

Really terrible service, particularly considering this is my first order with the site.
