Yes loot = boons.

So in fact it is possible for me to play four characters solo, and at the end of each scenario build the new deck with boons obtained ?

and if i understand well: it is not possible to give a boon card to a character that did not play the scenario where the boon was loot ? (exept if i take it in my deck and give it to him before the next scenario, but it is not an option in my case :p)

i'm playing PACG for a long time, but it's the first time this problem come to me.
we are 4 to play together in S&S right now. and the next time we will met is far. i wanted to know if it is possible for me to play solo (or with someone of the group)a previous scenario and still loot for everyone ?

exemple : i decide to play solo the first adventure of S&S, can i put aside the loot i get during all scenarii and then when we meet again i give loot to everyone concerned ?

of course i'm not talking about the bonuses we get from completing a scenario. just loot obtain during the scenario.
