This is Digger's submission, repurposed from a campaign that didn't get off the first page. A cold, calculating monster-hunter elf. Knowledge skills, decent face-ery, archery, should be pretty useful. Will re-do equipment if necessary.

As a heads up unless I'm missing that you used VMC I think you're missing a feat for 3rd level and 2 traits.

But welcome to the team we're happy to see you

Yeah, I had to adjust for the free feats and add traits. Should be good now.

Knowledge Local: 1d20 + 10 + 1d6 ⇒ (13) + 10 + (4) = 27

A gaunt, creepy elf finally speaks up. "Yes, this is what I am trained for. This is why I came here. I will hunt your orcs." Sezelrian tries not to be obvious about staring at the scarred neck.

Thanks to our tall warrior for contacting me. Somehow didn't see I'd been selected!

Strike Force agent reporting for duty ...were exactly is that now?

Nice catch, Peet and Oceanshieldwolf!

Yeah, he'd be fascinated by this spirit-woman.

Digger Chandler's submission here.

Sezelrian is a creepy-looking elf with sunken but bright eyes, a prominent "Hawk" nose, and close-cropped (self-cut with a dagger) hair.

Sezelrian is a Feredir -o roeg a subdivision of Kyonin Rangers known for their intelligence and implacability. He was trained by his father, who named him after an Orcish deity of fire and vengeance after orcs had killed his elder siblings. Trained since birth to hunt down and extract information from orcs, men, and other dangerous creatures, Sezelrian never had what passes for a normal childhood even in Kyonin. Because of this, he is awkward in most areas other than his chosen profession. He pretends not to care, but this does bother him. He left his village when he’d “eliminated all prey” in the area, deciding Belkzen could use his unique set of skills.

Ambitions:
To achieve high rank in some military structure
To get better at making friends. Well, actually, to have friends at all would be nice.
To learn a set of morals outside of the breadth of his training (i.e. to become good or evil instead of True Neutral--I see alignments as helpful mostly in planning/executing character arcs)
Avenge his siblings
Find orcs that aren’t awful

Personality Traits:
Quiet observer
Socially awkward and anxious
Has difficulty opening up
Weird, dark sense of humor, rarely shared
No nonsense on the job

Reasons to Fight in Belkzen
That’s all he thinks he’s good at
No more orcs back home
Curious about other cultures
Romanticizes humanity

Secrets
Secret he knows: he desperately desires more full relationships but has no idea how to go about getting them.
Secret he doesn’t know: one sister survived, and has been in captivity
