Wakashi has a +4 to coup de Grace attempts, does that work for a ninja's assassate attempt?

I'm making a concept character, and I can't decide on his armor.
Lvl 20 fetchling vampire ninja... 30 Dex, 30 str

Something I've been working on.
Level 6 or 7 Sorcerer/Wizard spell
10 ft square/level of deeper darkness (as the spell)
Has a strong fear affect
If one were to pass through it, and fail a save, lose 1d4+1 HD (as the spell Enervate)

The chakram is a simple, elegant, and highly portable thrown weapon. It is a flat, open-centered metal discus with a sharpened edge. You can wield the chakram as a melee weapon, but it is not designed for such use; you take a –1 penalty on your attack roll with the weapon and must succeed at a DC 15 Reflex save or cut yourself on the blade (half damage, no Strength modifier). You do not need to make this save if wearing heavy armor.

i would like to make Sun Shang Xiang her Chakrams (i think) would be large or huge size and have a handle so they can be used for melee and as a thrown weapon.

I know of the "captain Andoran" build, but i was thinkin along other lines...

lv 20 (+ up to 6-7 mythic, maybe, if needed...) of ether:

strategist luring cavalier or

divine hunter paladin or

a tactician fighter... what do you think?

oh, and where do i find the advanced template?
