1) I'm converting. 3.5 is a mess after PCs hit about 10th level; I can't wait to see a new D&D that is faster and more fun.

2) I'd immediately subscribe to Pathfinder and maybe the other lines as well. To have 4e material available in that first year that the edition is on the market will be extremely valuable because there won't be many other options for those of us without the time to write our own material.

3) I might buy the occasional game aid, but that would be it. Frankly, waiting to hear about Paizo's plans for 4E is what's been preventing me from buying more stuff from you.

I know there are a lot of folks who say they don't plan to convert, but I really think that if you're considering the long-term health of the company, there is going to need to be at least some stuff that's written in 4E. Conversion guides are problematic, for sure (and this time there won't be an "official" one forthcoming from Wizards, either), but even that would be acceptable as a temporary wait-and-see.

I'd be extremely surprised, no matter what poll results on these messageboards might say, if Paizo hasn't done anything for 4E within the first year of the new edition's existence. The issue seems to be how long 3.5 products will continue. Just my humble opinion.
