I'm cautiously hopeful that Jim Butler mentioned something about a "recall" over an 18 month period. I'm not really sure what that means, but hopefully it means something like, "If we can fix things we'll offer you your position back."

This is essentially exactly what it means. Any affected employees will have first rights to new job postings in their category, should those be made in the next 18 months.

The automatic re-runs for subscriptions have completed, and we know there are people who got missed by the computer system. If you have already contacted Customer Service, you're in the queue!

Customer Service is working diligently through their tickets and granting PDFs to affected customers, but due to volume, their response times are slower than usual.

Hey everyone! Thank you for giving each other a heads-up on this! We are experiencing issues with our subscription payment processor and are currently investigating. We hope to resolve this soon and have subscriptions processed and PDFs released as quickly as possible.

Yup can confirm was charged the incresed price a full 12 days early.

Hello Pathfinders & Paizo Subscribers,

Unfortunately, Pathfinder Dark Archive (Remastered) outsold our expectations and our print run. Because of this, some subscribers and preorder customers will not receive their copy of Pathfinder Dark Archive (Remastered). This only affects the standard hardcover—Special Edition and Sketch Edition subscribers and preorders will not be affected.

Orders are still currently being processed with the copies of Pathfinder Dark Archive (Remastered) we have in stock and shipments will continue throughout this week. We will notify affected customers once all of the current orders in the queue have been shipped. We have ordered a reprint of Dark Archive (Remastered) which should be in our warehouse and ready to begin fulfilling orders in March.

Paizo Customer Service will reach out to affected customers with more details about their orders—other products in the order will ship now, with Pathfinder Dark Archive (Remastered) shipping later at no cost to the customer. Alternatively, affected customers will have the opportunity to request a refund on their order.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding as we work to make this right.

This all is super neat! I'll have to keep an eye out for when the portfolio review stuff opens up, though I'm curious about what kind of writing is generally the best to show for those. Statblocks? City/nation write-ups? Short stories?

The submission form will allow you to pick what kind of sample your writing is - narrative/fiction, rules, lore, etc. The main qualifiers are that the sample be 1000 words or less and that it isn't written using generative AI.

What happens if you pay for the physical book bundle and they run out and you don’t get it?

We've capped the number of codes for that tier within the number of copies we have available! So once that tier sells out, it will no longer be available!

The cover image is tiny. Since it’s clearly the final cover, can we get a larger version please? I am asking because I run a videogame site and I love to announce new Paizo products. But when you give me a stamp to announce them with, you put me in a difficult position because the stamp makes my site look bad. So I have to choose between making my site look bad or not mentioning the new product for months until we have a decent image.

The baby goblin is SO cradle-able, from experience.

I picked this bundle up just now at the $30 level, and I did -not- receive the Pathfinder Core GM Screen in my downloads.

The $5 level code claimed "redeemed 8 items", but the email showing which items were added to my account only listed five (I already owned the Beginner Box and Character Pack) instead of the six I -should- have received.

I'm pretty sure that the item linked to the bundle is in fact the original PF2 GM screen (based on the image on HB) despite the description both here and on Humble being for the newer item.

Is there any way we can get access to the correct item?
