Standing a strapping 2' 11", with a healthy large frizzy head of auburn hair. Wearing a green and brown travellers outfit.

Background:

Ronto Scatterfellow was born, like so many of his kind, into a life as a slave. Serving in a cheliax household, along with his parents and his older sister, Ronto knew of no other life.
The master and mistress of the house saw it fit to humiliate and abuse their servants as entertainment on a regular basis. During one of these sessions, Rontons mother, Panni, was strangeled to death by the mistress of the house, Lady Deriva. The rest of the halfling family could do nothing as they were forced to watch the light fade and die out in Pannis eyes.
Rontos father, Filibert, had unbeknownst to Ronto and his sister, Poppy, made contact with the Bellflower Network, and made arrangements for his family to escape.
The shadowy network proved to live up to their reputation. Despite the difficulties involved with operation inside Cheliax, late on a moonlit night, the family was fled from the Deriva household. Filibert had left a present for master and mistress of the house. As the halfling family was led away into the shadows and freedom, a very large explosive went off under the house, turning it into rubble.
The Scatterfellow family settled down in Almas, the capital of the nation of Andoran. Filibert took it upon himself repay his dept to the Bellflower Network, and let escaped prisoners hide in their home. Ronto spent these good days of his youth, releaving unsuspecting "longshanks" of their gold and other valuables. In time, he became quite good at this trade. The boy had a natural talent for languages and took it upon himself to learn as many as he could.
As he grew older, tales of adventure and the prospect of shiny things promted Ronto the leave his father and sister to travel to the land of Varisia. Rumor has it, there is fortunes to be made and adventures to be had in the wild frontier.
