There have been a few changes to the BP for Starship Weapons (CRB page 302-303). I can change them in my copy, but how do they get pushed back "upstream"? Is there any ongoing maintenance on the sheet? It's a wonderful tool!

Well, I feel a little foolish, and I take back all the bad thoughts I considered having! The order is correct, and had I looked a bit more closely at my digital content I would have seen the dates line up perfectly.

Hi Rob,

I see that order 16865053 is an order for Dead Suns book 4: The Ruined Clouds. There was a bit of a display error going on where the system wasn't showing what was purchased in the order. Let me know if this was ordered by mistake!

I recently purchased the PDF for Starfinder Adventure Path #1: Incident at Absalom Station (Dead Suns 1 of 6). It was billed on Order 7944485, February 26, 2020. There is another billing on February 21, 2020 (Order 16865053) for the same amount, but with no product listed. I believe this order is an error.

Could you please investigate and either indicate the product purchased (I don't think there is one) or reverse the billing for Order 16865053?

These are both actual charges that have cleared my account. They are not "pending" charges.

I sent an email to customer.service@paizo.com on March 5, but haven't received any response.
