+30 craft alchemy! Holy cat Zzvkgrogk! Save some alchemies for the rest of us. How long until you figure out how to turn lead to gold?

1d20 + 11 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 11 + 2 = 17 Craft (Alchemy) to aid

Rhoreen tries to help Zzvkgrogk's efforts with the alchemy...and totally isn't trying to get any for herself. Her stomach doesn't need any further additions to its bilious structure.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Expecting trouble, Rhoreen keeps her eyes open as she floats (5' up) down the hallway.

1d20 + 19 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 19 + 2 = 25 Perception

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen is ready to follow Ruha, trusting the large, scary female more than most.

Yambul's calm, charismatic presence

Lol, no one has ever yet described Yambul that way. I usually associate him with a roaring chainsword, and so it's very clear that I am wrong. Maybe it's the fancy circlet.

Rhoreen keeps her mouth shut, letting others with nicer tongues deal with the duplicitous and lazy layabout.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

"Nice eye there. Now what are you screeching about?" Rhoreen responds roughly, not liking the way she is being spoken to. "We're here because we'll here looking for something. Now, are you going to help us out or do we have to call for someone who can help us?"

1d20 + 22 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 22 + 2 = 33 Know (Arcana)

"Agreed, <*sound*>" Rhoreen says while examining the statue and making a sound that might either be Zzvkgrogk's name or the mating sounds of the Red Reaver.

She keeps an eye out for trouble.

New usual morning magical protections: False Life 1d10 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19 temp hp, extended Mage Armor (herself & Ruha, 24 hours), when we suspect trouble/dungeoneering extended Heroisms (herself, Yambul, & Ruha for 240 minutes), Overland Flight (12 hours). Rhor will not don her filter mask.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

1d100 ⇒ 67 Teleport - All good.

"See? I told you that would be easy for me. Of course it was," Rhoreen smugs as the technical equipment is reunited with those that wish it.

Rhoreen nods to Chaance and understands that there are other things to be done, and sets her mind towards the Red Reaver.

"How should we approach?" Rhoreen asks as the most unapproachable person in the group.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen, as stated above, will do the teleporting when it it time for the bending of time and space to her will.

In the morning, she will buff up and be ready to follow Ruha and Yambul.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen listens on, thinking about how best to get all the numerian drugs for herself the party.

When the party is done here, Rhoreen will make time to really study their living quarters so she might teleport back. And given time, she and another, possibly Yambul, will DDoor out to the party tech stash, and then teleport back. This will happen on a day where we are not expecting to fight, probably tonight as she believes they will deal with Dr. Druggy on the morrow.

Yambul wrote:
"Oh, one more thing. We have some supplies outside of town at the moment. Tech stuff we weren't sure about sneaking past the guards. Do you have a suggested way to get it into town? Or should we try our luck with the guards one more time?"

Rhoreen is quite sure she can handle this easily, with her ability to bend time and space now that the party has a safe spot for her to visualize in town, but she doesn't mention it yet, wanting to hear what the Mockery has.

Happy to DDoor and Teleport as needed, but hopefully not on a known combat day, or maybe after our assault.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

"Drugs, huh? Just say no to drugs," Rhoreen burps up a completely unrelated bilious taste of Numerian barbarian transmission fluids. "I don't know enough about the drug trade, but if you think this will help our cause, we can certainly look into it. If there is one thing we know, it's what to do in a kitchen."

”So tell me, what exactly are you willing to do to bring this rotten empire down?"

Rhoreen’s eyes look quizzically at the Mockery, wondering if she was being mocked.

”You mean, outside of foiling many of their plans, killing dozens of their agents, and taking down a top lieutenant? Do you really doubt our ability? Or is there something beyond killing that would satisfy you?” Rhoreen responds hotly, wondering why *her* skills or desire are being questioned.

”I mean, we’ve only been at this for a few months, and we’ve already severely hampered the League. It’s not like we’ve been hiding in a warehouse.”

Yambul wrote:
”Yeah, I guess we aim to take down the Technic League”

"Take down the Technic League? Ha. You make it seem there is a high vase that needs to be relocated," Rhoreen finally offers her thoughts to those she considers more worthy. "We do not seek to just take down the Technic League, but to grind them to dust. We seek to take their entire perverted organization and make them regret ever existing. We want to make them all obsolete. They have hurt some of my friends, some of my family, and I'll have my revenge."

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen will follow Ruha's lead. She trusts her for protection, as she is both giant and scary.

"Let's go figure things out."

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen follows Zzvkgrogk around the factory, giving them lots of space to explore and sniff, but ready should trouble ensue. She makes sure her defensive magics are ready, and also keeps an eye out for trouble.

1d20 + 19 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 19 + 2 = 25 Perception

F Half-elf Craftsperson
Yambul wrote:
”If anyone asks what we’re doing, we can just say we’re looking for another piece of kerogen for some jewelry I’m working on. ”

Rhoreen agrees, following Ruha as they depart.

"Yeah, you're right. It's not what I expected in there. It's...weirdly...weird," she adds.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

If given the option, Rhoreen would circle around to check on the hill giants as well. She's out of place in the kitchen and could be as easily out of place with hill giants instead.

She is not here to cause trouble, that she knows, and tries to stay out of people's way.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen tries to help as best she can without getting her hands dirty, or really, doing any real work. This isn't how she planned to spend her first full day here, and while it might excite some tourists, it's not what she expected.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

The Kitchen? They want to see the kitchen? I guess Yambul needs to see how it's done in this part of the world.

Rhoreen follows along.

Maybe Zzvkgrogk could sit on my shoulders and tell me what to do...because I don't have good kitchen skills.

She waits to see if others get to work before thinking about helping.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen keep pace with Ruha, letting the giant take the lead. She wonders if being here is a mistake, but also wants to see what she can see.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen obviously chooses to completely ignore the looks of the guards, who are they to judge her in any way?

She follows closely behind Ruha, not flying for this part of things. She instead uses her legs (like a common chump) rather than let her prodigious magics carry her.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen will help sell the items while examining things that might be of interest.

"Yes, we should follow that plan. Metals first, then Killbox. Sounds delightful."

Rhoreen does help with the gathering information checks…by not helping at all. Her participation in such might not help much, but will try not to be actively snobbish in front of the Technic League city rabble.

”Let’s get to Sovereign’s Watch,” Rhoreen agrees with Yambul.

"Absolutely not. I am not flagellating myself in any manner...if I wanted to bow and kowtow to something, I'd find some silly god to prostrate myself in front of! No, that's not what I am doing," Rhoreen slaps her mush bowl into the cleaning bin, leaving it for someone else to clean. "I'll be in a cult, but won't be supplicating myself in some silly manner."

Rūha wrote:

Rhoreen looks at Ruha, trying to get the hidden joke, but fails.

"Yeah, that sounds good."

Post tantrum, Rhoreen preps to move out.

The morning light filters through soot-streaked windows as the innkeeper serves a coarse barley mash and a sliver of root vegetable.

"I never thought I'd miss Yambul's choppings, but here we are," Rhoreen grouses about the breakfast, finding it strange that there was better fare on the road. "I, for one, would like to see the Street of Lights. Maybe we should start there."

Rhoreen tries to spoon more of the mash into her mouth, but fails to enjoy it.

"<*sound*>," Rhoreen makes a sound like the mash was about to come back up while looking at Zzvkgrogk," "Where do you think we should start, friend?"

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen takes a look at the rock, casting Detect Magic and seeing if any enchantments lay upon it, just in case.

"It's a rock. And I could use a good rest. Let's go rest."

Rhoreen keeps her tech, like her fancy mask, in her haversack which sort of means it is simultaneously both on and not-on her person at any time (it's on the ethereal plane, I think).

F Half-elf Craftsperson

The Mockery?

1d20 + 19 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 19 + 2 = 34 Know (Local)

OH! The *MOCKERY*. I've heard about that, because of course I have.

1d20 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 8 + 2 = 27 Linguistics

"I, for one, fancy the dance," Rhoreen pipes up for no reason whatsoever...probably because she is ever so smart.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

1d20 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (11) + 1 - 2 = 10 Sense Motive

Rhoreen keeps her nose upturned to all these folks.

Of course she is staring. Probably never seen her betters before.

Rhoreen's face begins to curdle visibly as the town yokel chooses to ask where *she* came from. Sir, you smell like the underside of an otyugh.

She continues to offer stinkface, and does not help with the questioning.

"Spine dragons? You don't say. Huh? Fully grown or more of a hatchling situation?" Rhoreen tries to learn more. "Are they likely to be a threat down here?"

Rhoreen will help sell loot while keeping her eyes open for things she might want to buy.

Rhoreen looks in at the Rusted Cog. She pauses, almost stuttering, and seeks to confirm something.

"We're not staying here, right? We can do better? We're just here for information, correct? There is no way this place is suitable for me...uh, I mean, for us."

"Maybe we can take simple steps to hide their identities? There are magics that exist for such a thing," Rhoreen adds to the worry about the kasathas. "But also, once we get inside, we might see that kasathas are not as unusual as we suspect."

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen turns her nose up at the unpleasantness, not letting it affect her by not caring at all. She was too good and had other important things to care about than those others who were suffering.

She will help Yambul with the gathering of information.

1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13 Diplo to aid

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen says nothing and has no techonology on her person (it safely resides on another plane). She lets others do the talking.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen offers to hide what she can in her haversack, if people feel that they might need it.

”Sure…Sovereign’s Watch. Sounds..interesting. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a fancy inn like that. It will be an experience,” Rhoreen notes as she’s mostly been a small town bumpkin for most of her life.

”Let’s see what we can learn as we get inside. There might even be others inside that hate the Technic Jerks as much as I do. We’ll see if we can find them.”

F Half-elf Craftsperson

1d20 + 19 ⇒ (10) + 19 = 29 Know (Local)

"Looks likes a wretched hive of scum and villainy," Rhoreen says of Starfall. "Which figures because, as Ruha says, the Technic Jerks hold this place. I can't imagine I would attract much notice," she says as she removes her breather mask and any other technology that she places in her 'sack. "Therace? Do we need to sneak in? Can we hide our technologies and pass within unbothered? Is there a good Inn that might serve us?"

F Half-elf Craftsperson

"Alright, let's go around then," Rhoreen says snippily, following the party around the really fun area of what I'm sure is safely and love.

Rhoreen declines the offer to fly over all of it, certain that if trouble hit the party, she would be needed to save them.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen feels like a bit of exploration might be good, but also will avoid it if the party can...but not sure that won't take too long to go around.

She will magic herself up and be ready to move on now that its daylight.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen doesn't feel like following it would be the best idea, and declines the offer...if there was one.

"Yeah, let's be sure to be careful tonight. I do not trust this place."

F Half-elf Craftsperson

"I feel like their power is waning, and we cannot trust them. Given time, I might be able to patch them up myself, but we have more important things to do. In any case, we should be cautious," Rhoreen answers her scary friend Ruha.

"I think we should explore more. I mean, I'm not against a bit of adventure," she continues. "And yes, the day over the night."

Rhoreen thinks the party should find a good place to rest for the night, set very good watches, and try the 'vale in the morning.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

"Hmm....these appear to be druidic symbols of protection. Someone might be trying to keep Witchvale slightly less corrupted than the rest of this area," Rhoreen notes of the menhirs and runes.

"This area is weird."

Can Rhoreen check on how well runes are doing on their appointed task? They the runes and menhirs still strong and functional? Are they being maintained?

"I think <*sound*>," Rhoreen makes a sound like a chainsaw ripping through a shrine to the God of Accidental Death, "...has the right of it. That's the plan for now, and maybe we'll change it as we get closer. We're not bound to it, and maybe another path will open themselves after we explore the area more."

Rhoreen nods in agreement, happy to follow her friend Zzvkgrogk straight off the cliff.

Yambul wrote:

+1 to this. Rhoreen is amazing when you overlook her unpleasant personality, and this jar-head refuses to admire Rhoreen's brilliance...so it will be difficult for Rhoreen to get information out.

Rhoreen listens, hoping to learn more.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen scoffs back at the very rude head, which confirms her correct opinion that all Technic Leaguers are jerks. She just proves my point.

With nothing to be gained from engaging in such a willful and deluded brain in a jar, she just listens to what else others might be able to get her to talk about.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen listens to the gossip, filing away notes for the future. She has little to offer as she still knows very little, and recognizes only parts. But if there is one thing Rhoreen is good at, it's learning...and totally being humble. Yes, those two things.

"What made you join the Technic jer-- League? Dreams of having a bigger jar for your head? Or was it something more?" Rhoreen asks Therace.

F Half-elf Craftsperson

Rhoreen doesn't participate in the orienteering discussion. She'll let those who want to lead the way lead.

She could, of course, use her very powerful and special magics to teleport the party hither and yon, but that would require breaking the party up, waiting some days for return, and even a small chance that Rhoreen's destination magic might go awry.

"Let's get to Starfall. Things should be interesting there."

Rhoreen looks at Isuma, then at Ruha, and then back to Isuma.

"Yes, that would be good, I think. You have been helpful," Rhoreen responds, hoping the group agrees. "I don't think we're close to being done and there is more happening that I can figure out. Let's continue on."

"Witchlight Vale? Hmmmm...it's on the tip of my tongue. I know something of that...I think..." Rhoreen hopes someone can jog her memory.

She, of course, will not speak with the brain as she lacks the tack and patience for that...and wouldn't anyway because the brain is a Technic jerk.

"Well...hmmmm...."

F Half-elf Craftsperson

How long of a trip is it back? How many days/weeks?

Rhoreen will try to cast Dominate Person on the captive, not sure it will work or not, but...maybe it will?

DC 24 Will. If it could work, and the save is made, Rhoreen will try the spell daily until it succeeds, and then pump the brain for information. All the information about the Technic League and their plans.

She waits to see what, if anything, comes of Ruha's efforts.
