Background

Spoiler:

Humans possess exceptional drive and a great capacity
to endure and expand. Why then, are they not the dominant race in the world?

With a potential that far surpasses any other race, humanity stands to inherit dominion. Or it would, were it not for the actions of the Dwarves.

Who is this Baal? This dark god that declares humans to be little more than dogs? Who are the dwarves to treat the larger part of the population as servants?

These are the teachings upon which Remy was weaned. His parents were prominent members of the secretive humanist movement, a group that radically holds that human potential is limitless, and that the capacity of humans will eventually throw off the yoke of Dwarven opression. To his parents, the belief bordered upon religion.

Joyful was the day when Remy manifested his potential. Touched by the hand of Destiny, he has spent his life growing into the role of a leader, an instrument of change. He has wandered, studying society, witnessing its wrongs, noting the strengths and weaknesses of the players, until such a time comes for him to act.

Personality

Spoiler:

Charming, witty, gregarious, these are the words most would use to describe Remy. Few would know of the seething rage that burns against opression. Few have witnessed the defiant spirt that would stand against those who would crush a people. But it is there. Beneath the surface, the most pleasant of young men is a warrior preparing for battle. And woe be to his enemies when their time comes.

Description

Tall and lean,with chestnut hair and deep green eyes, Remy is actually a rather dashing figure, enhanced by a radiant smille that is undeniable. He manages to somehow look well dressed in simple work clothes, and an almost palpable aura of...rightness seems to come off of him in waves. If ever there was an argument that humans were an incredible species, one look at him would remove all doubt.
