So my GM and I are discussing Warlord's Gambit ability and had a few questions as to when a Gambit can actually be used.

1) Does the Warlord have to have maneuvers spent to be able to use a Gambit or can they use a Gambit regardless of whether they need to replenish their maneuvers?

2) Can the same Gambit be used back to back, for instance using the Victory Gambit on a target and on the following round using it again on either the same target (failed Gambit) or an a different target?

3)When using the Pinhole Gambit can you make your full attack action or does it have to be a standard attack? If it can be full attack and your first attack hits do you get to benefit from the reward on the follow up attacks and do you still apply your Cha bonus if you do?
