Male Dwarf Ranger/1

"We could stop and get some sundries on our way out of town, and if worse comes to worse we can always forage for food in the forest, but we should make sure we have enough water due to the blight."

Male Dwarf Ranger/1

"Well group, where do you think we should head first?" Rathgar asks. "Should we go to the tree first and work our way to the furthest location last?"

Male Dwarf Ranger/1

"We are looking for an old dwarven ruin or forge, some extremely old and ancient trees and for where a woman named Ulizmila lives. Would you happen to know where any of these could be found? Any information you have would be very helpful as we are attempting to help lift the blight on this town."

Male Dwarf Ranger/1

"Well I guess we'll head to the lumber camp and ask around there to see if the dwarves have any information that may be more specific as to where to find what we need to cure this blight." As he says this, Rathgar moves toward the door of the shop. Turning back he asks, "You wouldn't happen to have any healing potions for sale would you?"

Male Dwarf Ranger/1

"Do you have a map of the region that would show us where we could find the ingredients or where we could find this Ulizmila person?" asks Rathgar.

Male Dwarf Ranger/1

"So this Taint? Is it natural? Do you know what causes it and how to cure it?Rathgar asks rather gruffly.

Male Dwarf Ranger/1

Rathgar follows her into the shop, looking at all of the herbs around and noting the general layout of the shop.

Knowledge(Nature): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10

:
To see if I notice any particularly rare herbs.

Male Dwarf Ranger/1

After a while of the line not moving much Rathgar asks the villager nearest him, a bit gruffly, "Does it always take so long to get into the stores here? Where I come from it doesn't ever take this long to get in unless the special at the inn is the world famous Goblin-buster Stew."

If this takes much longer I may have to go looking for the back entrance to the shop to see how I can help.

Male Dwarf Ranger/1

Rathgar, seeing the line of townsfolk and some of the looks from them, decides to wait in with them and not just try to jump to the front. He pulls a parchment out of his case and begins drawing a rough map of the town.

Might as well begin working on a map of the region for my collection while I wait to see this Laurel.

Male Dwarf Ranger/1

Thanks for the directions. Rathgar responds as he begins to gather his pack off of the floor, adjusting it until the weight is settled in a comfortable manner, and begins to move through the door and out into the street.

Wonder what he means by Laurel being mad as a crate of goblins...I hate goblins.

Rathgar moves north from Jack'a'napes and sees a sign for Roots and Remedies and he walks up to the door.

Rathgar finishes his breakfast, thinking to himself, Not the best meal I've ever had but a lot better than trail rations, and says to the barkeep,"Thank you for the meal sir. Where would I find Roots and Remedies?"

Male Dwarf Ranger/1

Leaning toward the nearby half-elf Rathgar asks,"Are you from 'round here? Have you heard anything about this alchemist the barkeep mentioned? I know a bit about nature and feel like I may be able to help her out with finding some herbs to work on a cure."

Male Dwarf Ranger/1

"I'll take a mug of ale with that breakfast."

Rathgar places a silver piece on the bar to pay for his breakfast and takes a look around the rest of the room. He notices a fellow also sitting at the bar wearing a wide-brimmed hat and nods at him.

:
To see if Rathgar notices that Ulmarr has some elven features perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12

"What's this I hear about the water 'round these parts not being any good for drinking? Rathgar asks the barkeep.

Male Dwarf Ranger/1

Rathgar awakens a bit before dawn and strikes his camp in the hills east of Falcon's Hollow and heads into town looking for breakfast. I'm so tired of trail rations I could eat anything. Haven't seen much game around but I didn't want to risk traveling through Darkmoon Wood alone after hearing some of the stories about it.
Entering town he enters the first inn he sees, a place named Jak'a'napes, and strolls up to the counter, setting his pack next to him and glancing around. Looks like I missed some free entertainment last night, judging by the state of the commonroom here.
"Got anything to eat this morning sir? Had a long hike getting here and could use some refreshment."

Male Dwarf Ranger/1

I think I have everything updated and ready to go.

Updated crunch working on background now.

I would like to try a switch-hitter ranger. I've played a fair amount of Pathfinder IRL but haven't done any PBP.
