Tricks 4/day:
Gift of Will: A small portion of the mesmerist's vast mental power buttresses his ally's mind. The mesmerist can trigger this trick when the subject attempts a Will saving throw or a Sense Motive check, or is targeted by an Intimidate check to demoralize her. For a saving throw, the subject uses the mesmerist's Will saving throw bonus instead of her own. For a Sense Motive check or Intimidate check, she adds the mesmerist's Charisma bonus as a morale bonus on the check or to the DC. The mesmerist can't implant this trick on himself.

Innate Coercion

At 1st level, a mindwyrm mesmer gains a bonus equal to 1/2 his mesmerist level (minimum 1) on Intimidate checks. In addition, a mindwyrm mesmer never takes penalties on Intimidate checks for being smaller than his target.

This ability replaces consummate liar.

Alt racial traits::

Faerie Dragon Magic:(from legacy of dragons)
Some gnomes ally with capricious faerie dragons or share a supernatural kinship with these enigmatic creatures. Gnomes with this trait add 1 to the DCs of saves against the illusion spells they cast. Additionally, a gnome with a Charisma score of 11 or higher can use each of the following spell-like abilities once per day: ghost sound, grease, and silent image. The caster level for these effects is equal to the gnome’s character level. The DC for these spells is equal to 10 + the spell’s level + the gnome’s Charisma modifier. This trait replaces gnome magic.

Bond to the Land:(ARG)
Some gnomes have strong ties to specific kinds of terrain, as a holdover from their fey origins. These gnomes gain a +2 dodge bonus to AC when in a specific terrain type selected from the ranger list of favored terrains (forest). This choice is made at character creation, and cannot be changed. This racial trait replaces defensive training and hatred.

Background story::

All Gnomes have an obsession. For the Gnomes of Amber, their drive is to rule, their motto reads in draconic “ours is the right”. Over the years they have murdered, lied, and married their way to the throne, often under the guise of another race entirely. A linnorm with a missing head, a king with a missing crown, a land missing order, those of Amber find these places unerringly. Born not of nobility, but to the nobility, a call to action made stronger by his own reticence. Raised among stories of the great linnorm kings, Random, in his teenage rebellion learned the wrong lesson, turning his admiration to the dragons, not the kings. Faerie dragons in particular drew his curiosity, how something fun, so mischievous and innocent could command such power. So he emulated that which he respected. He ran away. He lived life, had his fun. He turned to humour, to kindness, to love, reared animals, pulled elaborate pranks and plots. But something was always nagging him, in the recesses of his mind, whispering: “What are you running from Random, why do you flee?” Destiny is inescapable. It is indomitable and formidable, powerful and unyielding, but it is also patient, with a disdain not unlike the Great Wyrms of old. And not just destiny, but the disapproval of his harsh parents and his own his fears of mediocrity stalk him like an estranged lover. So today you see a trickster, a prankster with a heart of gold. And lo! Behold, as witticism goes hand in hand with symbolism as Random rolls in on his ram, it’s dark black wool complimenting his rich indigo hair. Black sheep of the family they said, he tells you, chuckling at the irony. But where does it change from a ‘baa baa’ to a ‘bow bow’, to a ‘kneel kneel’, to a ‘knell knell’? Only time will tell. But all Gnomes have an obsession, and right now Random wants to live, as fast and as well as he can.
keep in mind that he was raised to believe this, not that it is necessarily true, his parents could simply be delusional fools that invoked the gods of irony.

Character Description::

Random stands tall for a Gnome at 3’5, with skin covered in draconic and sylvan writing. Upon closer inspection these were branded onto his skin a long time ago, faded by the age of his 70 years. His eyes, an unsettling yellow-orange, are constantly in motion as he drinks in the sights of the world around him with an almost giddy exuberance. Though somewhat slim at a mere 33 pounds, he nonetheless cuts a figure of commanding authority, with a taut, wiry sort of grace and an impressively strong jawline seemingly chiseled onto his face. He has brilliant purple hair, but his most striking feature is his regal bearing, his posture upright yet relaxed, imperious yet approachable. And though he tends to feel most comfortable acting the conniving trickster for comedic relief, when he speaks people listen. And when he acts, people follow him straight into hell.

Personality::

Random has a full laugh, an easy smile and a big heart. But the laugh is a bit too full, the smile a bit too easy, and the heart a bit too big: all of it played up to deflect painful questions. A man running from his past, Random throws himself fully into all his endeavors, determined to live fast and die young. He has never had a chance to stop and think in his entire life. If that ever happens he may well break down. Mischievous and witty, but slow to trust, he will act comfortable and give no details, no connection beyond the humor. When roused to anger however, something else awakens in this gnome, and it is both terrifying and awe-inspiring to all who have the dubious fortune to witness it. As a child raised on high expectations, harsh punishments, and few friends, his loyalty to those that spend the time to earn his trust borders on fanaticism. Those that he sees as his he will guard zealously, regardless of the cost or the odds. And if he is given the chance, the loyalty he inspires in others will be every bit as fierce. Random is a gnome born to be a king, whether he knows it or not, and one day destiny will come calling with all the subtlety of an angelic chorus.

Ruler (though not necessarily at first) and either the high priest or the grand diplomat.
for context random of the books only gets the kingdom after the equivalent of God himself walks up and hands him the crown.
