The Exchange

Howdy, I am seeking another group to game with. I am currently playing in a Skulls and Shackles campaign on the second Sunday of each month, but my roleplaying (and character building) itch is not getting scratched as thoroughly as I would like.
I have been playing Pathfinder on and off for years now, about 5 now that I've looked back through my email history. I've got a fair amount of system mastery, although it is incomplete for character options that I've found less interesting. This is mostly due to how much fun I have building characters for play, which often leads to me having many backup characters. And due to said crowds of backups, I like to play "permadeath" with my characters, no matter how forgiving the DM likes to be.
As far as sources go, I prefer having access to DSP's Psionics and Path of War, but just going with Paizo stuff can also work.
As far as characters go, I tend to "claim" an unfulfilled role, leading to my stable of backups being capable of filling that role. Alignment-wise, I tend to play Neutral, rather than Good or Evil.
I would add something about my personality, but I figure it is better to let that be communicated by this post and potential future interactions.

I am unavailable on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday due to work and on the second Sunday of each month due to the other game. Otherwise, I have nothing regularly scheduled that can get in the way.

The Exchange

I'd like to start this thread off saying that I do not like the fact that martial classes can't do much in combat except full attack without having to specialize heavily. This is somewhat unrelated to the topic of this thread, which is coming up with interesting tactical actions that can be used without feats and without needing feats for them to be effective.

The first thing that comes to mind for me is;
Overwatch: As a Full-Round Action, threaten a cone of squares out to the first range increment of the ranged weapon you are currently wielding. You may only make one attack per target moving within this space and you may only make an amount of attacks up to the amount you would normally make during a Full Attack action. Feats that modify amount of AoOs and amount of attacks in a Full Attack also modify the maximum number of attacks while one is on Overwatch.

I also really feel that feats like Power Attack that involve moving bonuses around should be something that any martial can do without eating up a feat.

Others' ideas are greatly appreciated

I like this idea quite a bit, as it forces wizards to work harder for their spells, and it could act as an adventure hook.
Problem is, the rest of the full casters are still sitting where the wizard was, more or less. They would need to be brought to about the same level. Not sure how, though.
