I'm using this feat with a goblin who rides his hawk around, and it's pretty wonderful.
I think the feat is useful, because a medium flyer isn't really as good in my opinion for the role of maneuverability, or as a precision striker. Of course, weight is an issue, but if you ability increase the strength, then there's enough for a light build with the necessities.

The feat isn't necessarily good, but you'd have a hard time convincing my NPC hawk-riding goblin gang.

I'm doing a similar thing (don't have hero lab, thus never doubted the rules), and wanted to confirm that this is indeed how it works, as well as throw in a couple more cents.

The high dex push also helps combat reflexes, and furthers the strength of the snake fang build.
The spin kick the monk gains as a style strike can trigger sneak attack,
And there are some sneak attack abilities that can cause effects of trigger medusa's wrath.
I'm in the midst of finding the most reliable, though, so tell me if you can think of anything.
Happy hunting.

Alright so, thanks first of all for reading this.
There are a few things i've done,of which you may not agree.
The foremost of which are what i believe are third party monk archetypes, Everyman Unchained Monk Archetypes are what i used.
The second of which is that he's a Svirfneblin, that we underpowered to about 10RP.
The third being that he is using Earth Child, which may not be legal.

Please let me know what yall think of the above.

The archetypes seem to have basically been just transferred from the old monk, so I figured it wasn't broken or abusive of the rules. My table agrees.

Foremost, I want him to be fun to play. I don't want to feel overpowered, though, which my obsessive personality tends to cause me to optimize a bit much.
