Giving a sigh and shrugging his shoulders, he continued, "Come on, unless you have any other ideas for our outing, we should probably bring this up with the others. Besides, I want to see the sparks fly when you bring up resurrecting the old man's ghost to Kethaera."

What day is it today? And how long do I have until my little shindig with the Church?

Thankful that Tarnagius took a few steps back, Pylos gently grasped her hand and bowed low, brushing his lips against her knuckles. "Then, say, in two days time? I'm sure there is some place left in Kintargo that will play music for us," he said with a smile before standing back up. "Well, unfortunately my companion and I must be going, but I am looking forward to our meeting. Until then, my dear."

With one last smile towards the young lady, Pylos led the surly Tarnagius down the walk way a bit until they were suitably alone. "We need to get someone to look into her family. Too many things don't add up with them, and the current head is probably in Barzillai's pocket," he said quietly.

Nodding his head genially, and listening closely to Tarnagius' words, Pylos decided that they should investigate the elder's passing at a later date. Meanwhile, he had this lovely young lady in front of him, and let it not be said that Pylos was rude to those who did not deserve it! "I merely wished to say that I greatly enjoyed our dance the other night, and mayhaps we might meet again to see if our steps are still in tune?"

Spotting the lovely young lady he danced with during the court function several days ago, Pylos gave a smile as he walked towards her.

"My sincerest greetings, dear Maria," he said softly, not wishing to break the peaceful air of the gazebo. "I hope I'm not intruding, but I spotted you during my walk and just had to come say hello."

Not sure I should join the group on the info venture, as it's conducted in the open and I am known as a Thrune and a cousin of Barzillai. Instead of that, I think I'll head to court and mingle with the nobles, gather some information on what my dear cousin is up to and all that.

Wishing the others well in their venture and not wanting to get caught as a rebel just yet, Pylos decided to spend a day in court, lounging with the other lazy nobles and gripe about the useless commoners.

"I think Kethaera has already built up a rapport with the shopkeeper previously, so she might be the best one to talk to him about the Talons," Pylos offered.

With his body and mind rested after the evenfull night, Pylos spent the day relaxing and making sure his gear was maintained. Talking a bit with everybody, getting a feel for where everybody was at, he started feeling restless cooped up underground. As they all gathered again, he asked, "Are you sure they said the Silver Ravens? Did we ever say that during the fight with the Red Jills?"

Should have Pylos up and running again. Turns out I was a couple points behind on skills as well, so that's fixed as well.

So, it seems that Myth-Weavers lost any character sheet data saved after July last year. I'm having to go through all of my character sheets, and there are a few, and fix any problems I come across. I'm not sure how long this will take, so feel free to DMPC me in the mean time. I'm sorry about this T_T

Finishing his drink with with a smile to Laria, Pylos let out a groan as he laid down onto his bed, Blosodriette hopping to the headboard. "With all the excitement last night, this Thrune reject needs a few days sleep," he told everybody with his arm over his eyes. "Wake me up in a couple hours. Or if the Hellknights or Citizen's Group finds us." Giving a pause, he added, "Or if a bevvy of beautiful naked people march by."

I'm posting this on all of my games. I recently went to the doctor's, for the first time in over 10 years, and while I am relatively healthy, I am on a couple meds. One of the meds, unfortunately, does make me lethargic and not up to doing much of anything. If I don't post for a day or so, which I'm trying to do, you'll know why. Feel free to DMPC if needed.

Pylos perked up as the bouquet of roses were brought down to the gnome. "Rose of Kintargo, you say?" he said thoughtfully, rubbing his chin. Wincing at the slight stubble starting to form, and making a mental note to get rid of the offending hairs, he asked, "Do you think the Rose is a beautiful warrior maiden, waiting to whet her blade in the blood of the foul in our cause?"

Shaking his head, and thinking that this group was just getting weirder and weirder, Pylos decided to get his introduction out of the way. "Well, as dear Rexus said, my name is Pylos. And unfortunately, my full name is Pylos Thrune. Yup, Thrune. I'm actually a distant relation to our supreme overlord Barzillai, though not distant enough in my opinion." Giving a scowl at the thought of his blackened family tree, he pushed on. "And this cute bundle of joy on my shoulder is Blosodriette, though I tend to call her blossom."

Trooping into the hideout with exhaustion, Pylos blearily greeted the others before flopping into his bed. "We lost Jules and Phillip last night," he said, arm over his eyes. "Not sure what happened with Jules, but Phillip ran screaming when a hellhound showed up. But we hopefully got wha-" He interrupted himself when he sat up quickly and looked around. "Uh, Rex, who's the two newbies? Or am I seeing things?"

Oh really, big boy? *slides up next to Tarn*

Unfortunately, for you, I'll still more than likely hit on you. Only reason I haven't flirted with Tarn is because he'd probably hit me in the face.

Be warned, I will hit on you in outrageous ways.

I don't really have a preference for a character type. As for background, not too sure if we should have someone else with close ties to House Thrune. I'm liking the gnome character concept (recently made a gnome machinesmith that I want to play at some point), but you should make a character you want to play.

"What do you think happened to Phil to make him run like that? Anyway, we should probably finish what we came here for before the noise attracts unwanted attention."

I'd say one more character, preferably a stealthy one to replace Jules.

Pylos was momentarily shocked seeing the ever gruff Phillip running away screaming, but quickly got ahold of himself and lashed out once more, scoring another minor hit.

Taking a break from digging, Pylos took a swig from his waterskin. Mid drink, a low growl crossed the are and grabbed his attention. Looking up and giving a swallow, his eyes met glowing red. Giving another gulp, this time dry, his hand gripped Kyda tightly. As others snapped into action, he could do no less. Giving an inarticulate cry, he rushed forward and lashed out, scoring a hard strike against the creature's flank.

I hit something! I hit something! And for max damage! Maybe my luck is final- *gets eaten by a rabid were-capybara*

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10

Rolling up imaginary sleeves and taking a torch from the were-capybara, Pylos started moving some of the rocks away. (Causing a rockslide that destroyed half of Kintargo.)

Sorry, meant the pre-Vigilante one, the mysterious avenger archetype for swashbuckler. It's what I'm using.

Sorry, posted before I read about the handwaving. Dice Bot-san does not like Pylos outside of social situations.

Also, why does the pseudo-Bat-Man archetype not have Stealth as a class skill?

Getting the guard pattern down, Pylos made his attempt to scurry past without notice, hitting every loose stone in his path.

I've always wanted to visit Japan. I've long had a fascination with the feudal era history and would relish the chance to study it first hand. Plus, you know, I'm a geek, and the chance to visit various anime and manga stores would be awesome.

Giving a shrug, Pylos crouched low and stalked towards the door. Keeping his ear open, he waited for the right moment to sneak past the guards.

'I take it that splitting up isn't a good option? Was thinking the stealthier ones would sneak past while the rest climb around the tower.'

Digging around in his bag for something to help, Pylos found a length of rope. "Seems I got some rope here, Phillip," he said, pulling it out and handing it over. "We really need to get you looked at when we're done tonight."

Like I said in gameplay, sorry for not posting but my back got really screwed up and I didn't do much of anything over the weekend.

Sorry for the delay. I slipped in the tub Friday morning and threw my back out. Had me laid up all weekend and it sucked.

Death of the capybara

As Pylos lashed out with Kyda, the whip wrapped around the neck of the diseased creature. Giving it a yank, the creature's neck gave a satisfactory crack as it snapped. "Well, that was interesting," he said.

Back to the present

Giving his thanks to the Skrit for all of their help, Pylos waited for Phillip to climb up with his trusty rope before climbing up after him.

Stage 1 is to wait for a knotted rope to be lowered for them.

I dunno what happened, last update I remember seeing when I was on Monday (and totally thought I posted), was when Fox said we were all going through poopy waters and stuff could be damaged. Missed a lot more than the few Paizo said were new.

Moving up within Kyda's reach, Pylos lashed out with the leathery weapon, slashing against the rodent. "I don't think you'll be chewing up the tree line just yet, Phill!" he called out in mirth.

A frown graced his face as Pylos overheard the guards talking about their escapades at the Salt Works. Looking over at Kethaera and Tarnagius, he whispered, "Phillip's right, we need to get them out of there. I'm the one who hired them for transport, I won't leave them there to die for our actions."

As they headed lower into the sewers, his eyes squinted as he tried to see clearer. "Really should have found something to help us see in the dark before coming down here," he said. "What, exactly, should we expect to try to stop us?"

As the rope fell down, Pylos was quick to shimmy up to the top. Keeping low to the ground, his eyes scanned around him, trying to keep out of sight from any possible enemies.

Tossing the wandering wombat a piece of cheese, Pylos looked around at the group. "Would the ruins even be near a still functioning sewer entrance?"

No real plans for me until tonight, other than heading out with someone to do something.

"Night time sounds good to me," Pylos said as the group met to discuss plans. "Besides, going at night would help mask other signs of our passing, such as footsteps and creaky floorboards, that being invisible wouldn't handle."

"A lazy day sounds good to me," Pylos said as he reclined in his chair. "Anybody want company while out and about?"

As I don't believe that going down with the ship solves anything, I'm making plans to move to Ireland within the next three years. Time to abandon ship.

"That guild idea just might work," Pylos mused, stroking his chin in thought. "I doubt it would be good if I tried to put my name behind the guild itself, as that would more than likely bring down cousin Barrzy's eye, but it should be useful in the long run."

Sweet, we're all friends again. Also, just checking: Did everybody take the Bonded Minds feat?

Sorry if I was staying out of this, I figured me and Tarnagius had it out last time so I'd give Kethaera a bit of fun.

The devil-worshiping front would be a good idea, especially since I'm gonna be doing the whole bit with Blosodriette as Tarn said, but I feel like it would be similar to starting up a church for someone else. Too much work for not enough profit.

I honestly feel that the adventurer's guild would more than likely be the best choice for this situation. To go with Tarn's video game analogies, it would be more like FF Tactics Advance and A2, where we start up a new guild and bring in those we think would fit the best with our aims.

Don't think we fully divied up the loot.

"Any way we can purchase a brothel?" Pylos asked as he grabbed a plate. As the others gave him a strange look, he continued, "What? Don't look at me like that. Do you know how much money that could give us? Not to mention the room to house people. Besides, brothels hear everything. All those people boasting in bed, making themselves look better than they are. Something like that could be incalculable to our operations."

That Bonded Mind feat sounds really good for our group, I say let's get it. Otherwise, not sure what feat I'll get just yet. Fox, what do you think about the variant multiclassing options?

Sorry, tried to have this up at least an hour ago, but had to completely uninstall and reinstall Chrome. Desperately need a new laptop...
