Can anybody tell me if there is currently available, or even soon to be available licensed Pathfinder content for virtual table tops?

I LOVE that I can buy adventure path content within hero lab. I love to GM, but I have a full time job, and a full time family, and even a dog who likes to go on walks every.single.day. The fact that I can just buy stuff ready to run makes an old guy like me happy. Why do you think I buy adventure paths in the first place?

Now, as life has gone on, my 25 year gaming companions and I have all moved to different cities. We love the idea of playing online with each other, but the work involved in getting everything ready is simply too much for our very busy real life schedules. We've tried Roll20, and d20 pro, and fantasy grounds and they are all awesome but on none of them can I simply buy an adventure path and have everything nice and easy.

WHY NOT?

Seriously, one of the benefits of being gainfully employed...other than having a decent pension plan...is that I have money to spend on things. I would happily spend my money on prepackaged content for Pathfinder. I don't want to play 5e...I don't even like 5e...but the fact that I can just buy all that stuff on Fantasy Grounds is tempting.

Paizo! Get with it! Seriously...license your stuff already so I can just give you money and play.

However...if this stuff already exists somewhere and I haven't found it, please enlighten me.

PS...I just thought of this as I typed this out. If any of you out there have actually done all the work to convert an adventure path to a VTT send me a PM or respond to this message. I will happily send you some of my hard earned money if I can just have your work pre packaged.

I have a question for all of you rules gurus out there...

The Target of Opportunity Team Work feat states that when an ally shoots at somebody, if your weapon is ready you can make an immediate action to make a "single ranged attack" against that opponent.

The double barreled pistol allows you to fire both barrels "as a single action".

Does this mean, under the auspices of the feat, as an immediate action I can fire both barrels?

The question I have is this:

The teamwork feat Volley Fire in the Ranged Tactics Toolbox states

Volley Fire:
You gain a +1 bonus on ranged attack rolls for each ally with this feat who made a ranged attack since the end of your last turn against a target within 15 feet of your target

Can this target be the same target? Can a target be within 15 feet of itself?

Hey, am I just missing it, or is the Ranged Tactics Toolbox not yet PFS legal?

If it hasn't been added yet, anyone have an idea when it will be added to the Additional Resources page?

So every year about this time my wife, my buddy and I try to come up with a cool group PFS concept we can start up and have ready for GenCon in the summer. Last year it was three Ulfen guard and we had a ton of fun. This year I thought I'd tap into the group mind that is the Paizo forums and see if there might be a cool suggestion or two. So, here are the parameters...

My wife wants to be a Juggler. At first, this was going to be a vanilla bard who simply had Perform: Juggle for flavor and maybe threw a dagger or two. However, now the ranged tactics toolbox somehow reads her mind and she's super excited to play the Juggler Bard.

I'm thinking then we make some sort of performance troupe of some kind centered around her juggling and the tossing of things around. Here's where I'm hoping for some suggestions. I'm hoping to come up with three complimentary short ranged combatants who work as a team.

Suggestions?

I'm sorry if this has been answered before, or even if it's answered in the PFS Guide, but I'm at work and don't have immediate access.

I was reading through the thread on bringing your books to the table and something occured to me. My wife and I both play together. I always have a pdf of all of our books in a tablet but I've always just bought one copy for the both of us.

Am I technically breaking the rules in that we both don't have discrete copies? Or is there an allowance for this as it's highly unlikely I'll buy duplicate sets of all the books.

Hello!

My wife and I just moved to Nanaimo and we're looking for a Pathfinder group to join or like minded people who want to start a group.

We're both experienced gamers who have been playing Pathfinder since its inception. We go to GenCon every year and love PFS as well.

If you're in the Nanaimo area and would like to join forces with a couple of Pathfinder vets let me know!

Hey, I'm confused by a couple of things, and I figure this is the place to get a quick answer:

1. If I GM a scenario for a group of 4-5s, thus making it Tier II, yet I use the GM credit on a level 1 char, do I use the Tier II chronicle sheet or do I downgrade myself to Tier I?

2. I'm confused by item purchasing. I understand completely the prestige limits etc, but I am somewhat confused by what a player can buy. Can a player, for example, purchase a level 1 spell wand, but pay extra to increase the caster level? Provided the cost is below the prestige limit, can a player pretty much buy whatever he wants? For example, it isn't on any chronicle sheet but he wants a Belt of Giant Strength...can he buy it?

Thanks in advance for making this clear.

With the new Animal Archive, I've grown interested in all of the possibilities of having a furry friend. I've just got a basic rules question in terms of how I control them as a player/character.

Up until now, as far as I can tell, our group has been playing it wrong by simply allowing the controlling character to operate the summon/familiar/companion as if it was another PC. Attacking, flanking, etc. As I dig into tricks I realize that more is involved.

So, the way I now understand animal companions work is every time you ask them to do something you make a Handle Animal check. If it falls within the tricks it nows it's a DC 10, and if it is something else it's DC 25. I can train more tricks, but at the very least every time I make that Handle Animal check.

My big question, is how this applies to familiars, eidolons, or any other type of summon. Do I have full control over them, as if it were another PC under my control, or do I have to make some sort of handle check in order to get them to act as well?

Hey, very quick question.

I seem to be missing two sessions from GenCon. What would be the best thing to do to fix this?

Thanks for the info.

So, I'm sitting here browsing the forums when a silly question pops in my head.

Other than the Core rulebook, everything I own is on PDF in my laptop. We play PFS in a home group, and it's pretty much accepted that we've all got an open laptop with Hero Lab and all your books on screen.

Now we're planning a trip to gencon and it occured to me all of a sudden that this might be bad form.

What's the general etiquette for an event this big...is it considered a bad idea to open up the computer at the table?

Hello all,

I just wanted to give a really big thanks to you folks at Paizo for allowing me to propose to my girlfriend at your GenCon event. It went perfectly, she had absolutely no idea, and yes, she did say yes. Her only complaint was that she wanted to play more Pathfinder.

Again, thank you so much to Ryan for everything you did to make this happen, to Liz for finding us a place to play, and to Rob for being such a perfect GM. You guys made the event perfect.

Thank you.
