So the text of Spell Chip Array states "Because you have the chips linked in an array, you can expend a spell chip to cast a spell on any other spell chip you’ve inserted of the same or higher spell level."
Does this not expend the second chip? Could you effectively buy one higher level chip and "fuel" repeated casts of it with lower level chips? That sounds pretty good if so. Plus, how long does it take to insert a spell chip into the array?
