We'll resend 340 right away. As far as delivery goes, we've changed nothing - it's just the usual variance from the postal system. As for customer service, we're a bit behind in e-mail; we're getting additional long-term help soon. Sorry for the delays.

Thanks. As far as delivery is concerned, I don't know what to say. The ten months leading up to November of last year were the best service in terms of on-time, etc. I have ever had for both Dungeon and Dragon. Since then, er, lots of damaged issues (as long as it is readable not a big deal) and the only thing "on time" has been Dragon #341 (which pointed out that #340 never got here). I am hoping it is just something to do with winter and or holiday jam-ups at the post-office.
