Aaftaab, does Parvaaz have reach? He can step 5ft and attack but needs 10ft to charge. He can do it but will provoke. Is that what you want? I am happy to roll over the hover check to the check to fly less than half speed.

I do not believe that Parvaaz has reach. A gargantuan Roc has Space 20 ft., Reach 15 ft. so I would assume an animal companion Roc with 10 ft. space has 5 ft reach but I do not think that Animal Companion reach is specified. So let us assume 5 ft reach. Provoking an AoO is ok.
