Too late! It's now firmly set in my headcanon, just like Absolom Station being an ever-expanding nonEuclidean space (station), with new areas and sectors being found all the time.

This product is clearly a joke, but let's look at it from a practical perspective:
Do you know how many times I've written ideas, notes, and more in spiral-bound notebooks, only for them to get accidentally crumpled (or worse, crushed) when I'm loading my backpack after a session?
And even nicer, hardcover journals - those are rarely the same dimensions as the other books on my bookshelf, making them stick out (or rather, being smaller, they get pushed back and hidden) when displayed alongside the other campaign books.
This notebook will be perfect for all sorts of stuff! (That is, if I can ever convince myself to use it...)
In other words, this is the best, *practical* joke I've seen in quite some time.
