I don't know if we have any animal doctors on the boards...

Well of course there must be animal doctors on the boards. Who do you think looks after the happy shiny sparkly rainbow pony when he gets unwell and grumpy, if there aren't any nice priestesses of Lamashtu around to do it? On those mornings when he's off his hay and nickering, or on those evenings when he just won't have his oats, he needs a kindly animal doctor to give him a sugar lump with some medicine in it to make him feel better and to get his spirits quickly back up.

You forgot the rainbow ponies and pretty flowers...
;)

No, no, no. You don't understand the followers of Lamashtu properly. They wanted to sit around in a circle, weaving flowers into those wayfinders, and singing happy songs to send positive energy out into the world. They wanted to help the Pathfinders (at least the Good ones) to do their jobs better and to make the world a safer, nicer, place. I'm sure that they meant to ask nicely if they could borrow the Wayfinders, but maybe you didn't understand them correctly, or maybe they meant to stop the wayfinders from getting to Bad Pathfinders.
Or at least, if they were real followers of Lamashtu, that's what they meant to do. It's possible that they were bad, wicked, men from the Church of Asmodeus, or one of the other churches of evil gods, pretending to be Lamashtans to give Us folks who serve the Great Mother a bad name. There are a lot of naughty folk about, sadly, who try to do things like that.
Oh, and I have to explain this sooner or later, I find: No, I am not crazy, no matter what other people who don't understand me properly say. And why would the goddess have me around, doing her work for her, if I were crazy? I mean that would be insane, and Lamashtu certainly isn't a goddess of crazy people. She's a nice, kind, gentle goddess, who loves wild animals, so I expect she would look after people who are crazy, but she doesn't have any special interests in them, and anyone who says she does has fallen for propaganda put out by Asmodeus.

This is a trick, right, which you don't think I'll fall for, so I will because you're wrong!
<wanders out of thread to look for a teddy-bear>

No, no, no. She sends her cute, adorable, little teddy-bears to protect children, the Shemhazians. Everyone knows Shemhazians are cute adorable teddy-bears.
And she does dress up in flowers. Have you ever seen an Oirisial skull-bloom? If you've ever seen any kind of selection of religious artwork of the glorious goddess, I think you'll find that I've just made my case. Those are flowers which she's wearing, not skulls. It would be just crazy and wrong - and something Asmodeus would do - wearing real skulls.

Hey, not fair! Mathematics is an abyssal science. Hence negative numbers, imaginary numbers, chaos theory, and the banking industry...
I claim a win in the name of Lamashtu, because she is biggest and bestest goddess in the Abyss and writes the rules of mathematics!

Attention people!
The nice leafy green man, Mairkurion, is attempting to summon the only thing nearly as pretty as the goddess in existence - Sebastian's dwarven lawyer.
This is an important endeavour.
We need to all join hands, light candles, and sing hymns of praise to Lamashtu to aid Mairkurion in his work.
That's right. Send Sebastian your love, so that he'll send his lawyer to speak to us.
And, ummm, there'll be a creche out the back for mothers and children. Don't believe any lies that naughty folks spread about the church of the goddess. Or about Sebastian or anyone willing to be Sebastian's lawyer.

Aw, good...something else that doesn't exist.

You're just grumpy, leafy, because that hot date I set up for you with a choke creeper didn't turn out too well... ;)

Folk who say that people who worship Lamashtu are crazy are just being plain unkind. I mean I worship Lamashtu, and I'm not insane, am I? I'm one of her foremost paladins, going out and championing her causes, doing good stuff...

James Jacobs:
Whilst we're obviously not as stuck up and glory-seeking as those prideful idiots in the Church of Asmodeus, it would be nice to get some mention of our own order, and its many and charitable family-oriented works.
Does Paizo have any page-space pencilled in in its schedule for this year for an article on the paladins of Lamashtu?

Huzzah! Dibs on being the first paladin of The Spicer! Eat your hearts out Paladins of Azzy. :p

Err, no thanks. That's something one of those heathens who worship a demon like Lamashtu might do... And I mean that in the best possibly intentioned and kindest of ways.

You're getting your mythology mixed up. And anyway, those are just wicked nasty rumours spread by bad people. Our goddess is kind, caring, and entirely family orientated. And she's not prejudiced about races - or even whole species - the way a lot of narrow-minded folk are...
