I found this list super-useful but maintaining a single XLS all by yourself seems like a daunting task. Why not let others help you finish it and maintain it?
I took your XLS and converted it to a shareable google sheet.

google sheets lets you sort and filter any of the columns easily. For example, I don't own all the boxes that you do, but it's easy for me to uncheck them under "source" column and then sort by name, source, CR, etc.
I can add you or anyone else who's interested in editing it and build it out collaboratively. Alternatively, if you like, I can give you ownership of the sheet and you can manage adding editors.
