The hulking skeleton begins to move toward . . . .

Full attack on Arius? Given his crappy initiative, the skeleton will have the jump on him. And given that it's non-intelligent, it's probably too dumb to associate the turning damage with the cleric.

Oh, well. At least we don't have to worry about the necromancer using it against us. Plus, my new PC will almost certainly have better stats.

The owlbear continues to beat the stirge into a lumpy paste.

The owlbear lumbers over to the stirge and tries to crush it beneath a bony paw.

1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19
1d6 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

I am pumped. Bring it on, tarrasque!

Or possibly this roller requires a separate command for each roll, unlike IC. ;-)

Initiative: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24, but Arius' command is the rate-limiting step.

The skeleton lumbers into action, attempting to crush the nearest insect.

Claw: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (3) + 9 = 12, 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

If it can make a full attack:
Other claw 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17, 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Bite: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22, 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

The owlbear skeleton continues its relentless attack.

Claws: 1d20+9=17, 1d6+5=8, 1d20+9=12, 1d6+5=6

Bite: 1d20+4=9, 1d8+2=8

The skeleton shambles forward to attack.

Initiative: 1d20+6=21
but it won't go till Arius's command.

Claws: 1d20+9=27, 1d6+5=6, 1d20+9=12, 1d6+5=9

Bite: 1d20+4=10, 1d8+2=10

I'm assuming that it will only get a single claw, but rolled for a full attack in case that were incorrect.

The skeleton silently attacks.

Claws:
1d20+9=17, 1d6+5=6, 1d20+9=18, 1d6+5=8

Bite:
1d20+4=21, 1d8+2=6

The owlbear skeleton silently moves through the darkness to attack.

Claws:
1d20+9=21, 1d6+5=9, 1d20+9=22, 1d6+5=9

Bite:
1d20+4=16, 1d8+2=9

Miss chance for Darkness:
1d100=24, 1d100=76, 1d100=20
No joy from the bite, but the claws are okay.

No reach, unfortunately. If a full attack is impossible, it will make a single claw attack.
