Background:
Oswin's parents grew up in Northern Taldor. Before he was born, the family moved to Bellis in Andoran, hoping to allow their children to grow up with the freedom established by Common Rule.

Since a young age, Oswin was captivated by stories of the glory of old Taldor. Still, he had a strong feeling that the empire had become too decadent, instilled in him by his parents. He affection for stories of heroes and noble deeds drew him to the church of Iomedae. Upon reaching adolescence he began to study the Acts and began attend worship services in the church of the Inheritor. A devout man, he decided to take orders and become a priest when he came of age. He now works to do good in Iomedae's name.

He has long felt a duty to protect his his fellow man from the wicked and/or monsters. He is compassionate and has a fairly affable disposition, though he is know to occasionally wear a sour expression on his face. His faith has led him to hold up Iomedae as an ideal of valorous womanhood, and he often finds himself attracted to women with strong personalities and marital prowess.

Oswin began feeling that he needed to do more to help the wider world as he studied the stories of the Mendevian Crusades. After meeting with a few Pathfinder agents passing through Bellis, he decided to travel to Absalom and join the Society. Now done with his training, he heard of the calling of the Fifth Crusade. Rather than leave the Society, he determined to assist in their efforts to fight the Worldwound demons as best he could.

Adventure Log:
*Log entry: 25 Erastus 4713 AR
Oswin completed a series of training missions for the Society in which he tested his skill and readiness. He now stands stronger and ready for the next series of challenges.

*Log entry: 10 Rova 4713 AR
Oswin was part of a team sent to investigate trouble at the Blakros Museum. The incident led to an investigation connected to Ralzeros the Overwatched, the mad wizard who built the structure the museum is housed in. Oswin's party eventually confronted a powerful ghoul and ended a threat to Absalom.

*Log entry: 10 Lamashan 4713 AR
After completing some essential record keeping and archival work in relation to two Society missions, Oswin found himself sent back to the Blakros Museum. His team was tasked with locating one of the Blakros daughters who had recently returned form a relic hunt in Osirion but began acting strangely soon thereafter. The group discovered her to be possessed by the ghost of an ancient mage. They rescued her and closed a portal to the Dark Tapestry he was trying to use her to open.

*Log entry: 18 Kuthona 4713 AR
Returning to the Grand Lodge, Oswin dutifully attended to the Pathfinder Chronicles and archives as he was told. His work in recording and fact-checking for two further adventures was not unnoticed, and he was awarded another opportunity to serve in the field. This assignment took him to central Varisia's Sanos Forest, where a Pathfinder agent had been abducted. He and his team uncovered a foul plot where a creature know as a pukwudgie was turning creatures into undead monsters. He and his allies were able to destroy the foul beast and return the captured agent to safety.

*Log entry: 20 Kuthona 4713 AR
Oswin's work as a clerk never seemed to end sometimes. Now he was tasked with accounting for the efforts of a Pathfinder team sent to Fangwood Keep on the Nirmathis/Molthune border. His tale included the exploits of fellow Silver Crusade member Osric Longstride, a mighty ranger of growing fame and renown. This mission was much longer and more deeply involved than the typical Pathfinder assignment, and Oswin spent long hours to complete it on time.

*Log entry: 17 Abadius 4714 AR
Finally Oswin returned to action. His latest mission took him to the Taldan coastal city of Cassomir. Apparently, a large number of citizens had been kidnapped recently. Among their number was a Pathfinder agent, and so his team was sent to investigate. The group uncovered a plot by the Cult of Nature's Cataclysm. These worshipers of Groetus were led by a scion of a disgraced Taldan noble family. But stopping him only led to more questions.

*Log entry: 18 Abadius 4714 AR
After his successful mission in Cassomir, Oswin received a message from Ollysta Zadrian regarding an assignment in the River Kingdoms. Someone had been hiring pirates to intercept Society shipments bound for Mendev. Ollysta asked Oswin to join the team assigned to investigate this matter. The Society wished to ensure that its efforts to support the Fifth Mendevian Crusade did not flounder. Oswin was magically transported to the rendezvous point, and with his team he rooted out the culprits of this scheme. He was then whisked back to Cassomir to continue his work there.

*Log entry: 1 Calistril 4714 AR
Venture Captain Hestia Themis recalled us to investigate more trouble under Cassomir's streets. This time we were to find out who was breeding a bunch of monstrous vermin. We were also tasked with recovering an artifact called a jet rat. We explored the catacombs known as Cassomir's Locker and uncovered the workings of this dangerous cult. Apparently the strange creatures known as derros were involved here as well. We recovered the artifact, but again our success seemed to lead only to more questions.
