So my players just 'fought' Nox, i.e. got slapped around for a bit until she left. Party of 3, rehabilitated Gray Maiden fighter, diviner wizard and inquisitor of Cayden Cailean. Nox had the fighter and an NPC hireling separated while the hound fought the other 2, killed the hireling in a round and got an AoO off on the fighter, then crit next turn and brought the fighter to -20. To spare the others I decided Nox would cut and run, teleporting out with the fighter's body.
My question is, what horrible ways can I use to bring the fighter back? Doesn't have to be supported mechanically exactly, I've been thinking that Barzillai may let a devil use her body in exchange for its service, maybe stat her out as devil-bound, add a few extra levels and have the group face her as a bodyguard for House Thrune in a book or 2. But that could be a little unoriginal, so thought I'd outsource a little! Any ideas on how I could bring her back and have her/her body cause some trouble for the group?
