The investigator talent Alchemist Discovery says

Quote:
The investigator can select one of the following alchemist discoveries as an investigator talent: combine extracts, concentrate poison, dilution, elixir of life, enhance potion, eternal potion, extend potion, infusion, mutagen, and poison conversion. When selecting an alchemist discovery, he must be high enough level to qualify for that discovery, using his investigator level as his alchemist level to determine if he qualifies. This talent can be selected multiple times; each time grants a new alchemist discovery.

Based on this wording, I wonder if the only prerequisite for alchemist discoveries through this method is the level requirement. For example, if I wanted to pick up the Eternal Potion alchemist discovery from investigator talents, can I avoid the extend potion prerequisite?

If you end up getting a digital pdf book from paizo, "good reader" is my favorite pdf reader. I have so many rule books from different systems on there. You can organize them in folders, it can search text, make bookmarks, do text to speech, and a whole bunch of other useful tricks. I think it cost less than $5, but for an rpg nerd like me, it has been my most used app, worth every cent.

Is it possible to get some examples of the magitech augmentations that are going to be available for us? Also, do they count as part your 2 worn magic items limit?

A thought: Fabricate arms says "Treat this as a spell of the same level as the expended spell slot." With that in mind, could one double the duration of a fabricated weapon or armor with the use of the extended spell magic hack?

My only devil's advocate counter argument would be that Extended Spell's text says "When you cast a spell...", but does "Treat this as a spell..." mean you're considered to have "cast" it.

I second this question in regards to using operative weapons that are electrical in some way, like the incapacitator baton, or one with an electric fusion.

I ask because, combat maneuvers also require you to make a melee attack roll, and I assume if you're disarming or tripping with an operative weapon, you'd use your dex here as well.
