Scarab Sages 1/5

This is wonderful! I am currently preparing for the convention we're holding here in Bloomington this weekend (Whoo! :D ) and will definitely try to work this in.

I've always wanted to include music and sound effects in my games, but I'm not quite enough of a mix-master - this solves that problem nicely!

Big congratulations to Irish on the third star! Also, I'm back in town, so I'll see everyone this Saturday for 'Among the Gods' :)

I would definitely vote for playing a scenario. Modules are fun, but characters in the middle of them (as ours would be for two weeks) cannot be played in any other PFS games during that time, and I at least will be playing between the sessions.

Also, playing a module this week locks out people who might want to play in two weeks' time, but not this coming Saturday, since the players from the Part 1 would have priority to play Part 2, etc.

Of course, if two tables are available this week and next, then these arguments are moot and the module would work quite well.

I'm definitely on board for these games! I can play either though, so I won't sign up for a particular table - I'll just fill in a spot wherever I'm needed.

I agree with adding more spellcasting feats. Personally I'd like a few more interesting and unique metamagic feats, like 3.5's Energy Admixture, which doubled the damage dice of an energy-based spell, or shape spell, which allowed you to turn burning hands into a mini-fireball or other AOE shapes.

Pathfinder has already shown that it can give a new twist to old feats (read: Deadly Aim and the like), so if it can do the same with classic spellcasting feats, it would round out the feat-choice as a whole quite nicely.
